REPAIR RESURFACING OF CERTAIN INTERNAL ROADS AT INS VALSURA JAMNAGAR

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth (depth of potholes exc 30mm), making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadam carpet well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally clean the surface with air compressor to remove loose dirts etc. all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen VG-30.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonne power vibrator roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 4% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 4% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm deep for repairing road cuts & broken edges of road complete all as specified & directed

M&L preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brooming with wire brushes for removing any caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by air compressor to remove all loose dust/ dirt and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 10kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified & directed

M&L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted by using power vibrator roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

M&L for liquid seal coat using paving bitumen, applying evenly binder @ 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinding with 6.3mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and roled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Road marking lines, dashes, arrow etc, on road of any description 2mm thick with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS 3262 and according to specification laid down by IRC & MST (Ministry of surface trasport) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed. Paint material like Shivalik, Ashian etc as per IS:164 Grade-I

M&L for Solar Delinator diameter of top 85 mm, clear Poly carboate UV resistant, pole height - 1 meter, Powder coated (Pole & Mesh) with 40 microns including two rings of Hip tape Reflective tape high intensive prismatic, Solar Panel of Mono crystaline/ Polycrystalline 4 Volts / 50 mAh, Battery 1x1.2 Volts, Ni mh - 800mAh high temperature batteries, Back upto 36 hours after full charging, LED color shall be Red, Blue, Yellow, White, Green - 4 LEDs complete fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed. Make: 3M/ TATA BP / Avery/ Protek

S&F Road stud (Cat Eye) as per IRC-67 aluminium alloy die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos. highly reflactive reflactors & 2 Nos. eye ball each on boah side including adhesive solution on the pavement complete all as directed. Make: Sinor Infrastructure Cat No. DA-971 or equivalent model approved by GE.

S&F solar charging road stud (cat eye) made from aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with blinker facility including adhesive solution on the pavement complete all as directed. Make: Dhruv Dark Eye Model No. DA110 or equivalent model approved by GE.

Supply and installation of CONVEX MIRROR circular of size 1000mm dia made with ABS Body, Lens/ Mirror with unbreakable poly carbonate fixed with clamp with MS pipe 80mm dia and upto 5 feet height and fixed to the ground by PCC 1:2:4 block of size 45x45x60 cm including excavation, removal and curing comple all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : ABS Engineering, equivalent model of Dark eye or Cats eye or equivalent make as approved by GE)
