Manning, operation and general maintenance of diesel engine generator set of capacity 180 KVA -01 No, installed at S-4 complex in three shifts each of 08 hours round the clock for all days including Sunday & holidays (01 No operator per shift) generating set comprising of engine alternator, fuel tank, control panel, radiator, battery 12 Volts, change over switch etc including routine maintenance of generator set all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 1 hereinbefore but DG set of capacity 100 KVA - 01 No, installed at OBD, one operator per shift of 08 hours for three shifts

All as per Srl item No 1 hereinbefore but DG set of capacity 40 KVA - 01 No installed at 2215 Sqn, one operator per shift of 08 hours for one shifts

Rates quoted for outsourcing the services as described in Srl No 1.00 to 3.00 here-in-before and shall includes the following :- (i) Worker's wage per person for semi skilled = Rs. 472.00 Per day. (ii) Employees state insurance @3.25% on wages as per existing rules. (iii) EPF, EPS, EDLIS and administrative charges @ 13% on wages as per exisiting rules. (iv) Bonus if applicable as per existing rules. (v) Contractor's over head and profit. (vi) LWC @ 1% on (i) to (v) above as per existing rules. (vii) GST@ 18% on (i) to (vi) above as per existing rules.

NOTES for item No 1.00 to 3.00 here-in-before :- (i) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable. (ii) The Firm's claims in bills regarding ESI, EPF, Service Tax should be accompanied by documentary proof pertaining to the previous month's bill. A requisite portion of the bill i.e RAR / Final bill amount shall be held up till such proof is furnished at the discretion of the GE. (iii) The firm shall submit proof of payment given to workers and endorse a copy to Engineer-in-Charge, showing the details of payments, deductions (including all statutory deductions) & net amount with requisite challans in each case / person indicating PF number,ESI card details etc. (iv) Engieer-in-Charge will maintain the record of attendence in respect of the persons deployed by the Firm on the basis of which wages / remuneration will be decided in respect of the person at the approved and agreed rates. The firm shall be responsible to keep all records of payment, attendence, leaves etc. duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and endorse a copy of all the documents with RAR / Final Bill as applicable. (v) The contractor shall employee one semi skilled (ITI qualified in any trade) attendent for each shift. (vi) The contractor shall prepare duty roster well in advance and got it approved by Engineer-in-Charge and one copy of the roster shall be displayed in the notice board. (vii) The tradesman shall be well qualified in respective trade and shall wear approved uniforms as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) The stationery required to maintain log sheets, attendance registers, log book and other registers as required shall be procured by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) The tenderer shall have full knowledge for group of buildings/complex to be attended under respective item of Sch 'A'. (x) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (xi) Workers employed during previous contract for the same work shall not be employed again for this work. (xii) Also refer Sch 'A' Notes given in tender documents.

(xiii) EPF-not applicable (for wages more than Rs 15000.00 per month as per existing rules). (xvi) Overhead charges and contractor's profit is deemed to be included in the shift rates quoted and nothing extra shall be adimssible on this account. (xv) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on the past records and factors like Class of contractor, financial soundness, Performance achieved and work experience for last two years etc. (xvi) If during currency of work any rate of semi skilled worker increases then contractor has to paid increase rates to the workers and his quoted rate is inclusive for the same. Nothind extra is admissable on this account.

General maintenance including servicing of diesel Engine Genrating set including supply and replacing fuel filters, oil filters, cleaning of diesel tank, including filling fresh oil after drain out old oil by Skilled trademan as per OEM instructions for the DG Set Cap 10 KVA to 30 KVA Make Kirloskar/Mohindra / Cummins.

All as per Srl item No 7.00 but DG Set Cap 50 KVA to 82.5 KVA Make Kirlosker / Mohindra / Cummins

Taking out the self starter 12 / 24 Volt of DG Set Cap 10 KVA to 30 KVA and shifting to workshop for rewinding of armature including replacement of unserviceable,bushes & minor parts & reinstalling the same after testing complete all as specified.

Opening the coupling of DG Set of capacity10 KVA to 30 KVA, dismantling the outer cover & taking out the fly wheel assembly and shifting to workshop for repair in and including repairs to fly wheel starter ring by pressing machine/lathe and reinstalled the same after repair to make it fully fuctional complete all as specified .

Taking down and Repairs/maintenance of FIP of DG set capacity 10 KVA to 30 KVA including replacement of Plunzers, Governer kit with pin, Nozzles, Head ball guide kit, Head sheet, Rock rod, Rollar bearing,Oil seal, Piston & rings, Piston pin,jain kit and sleeves complete as specified and directed.

Taking down and Repairs/maintenance of water pump assembly of DG set capacity 10 KVA to 125 KVA including replacement of unserviceable/defective spare parts with new one complete as specified and directed.

Supply distilled water in 5 Ltrs/ 2 Ltrs sealed cane for batteries complete all as specified.

Repairs to DG Set engine of capacity 125 KVA, 1500 RPM water cooled by dismantling / strip opening of the DG Set for overhauling by removing the cylinder head assembly including facing and grinding, piston connecting rod, cylinder liner, oil sump and injector etc including replacement of wornoout spare parts of engine and reassembling of the complete engine as per the manufacturer instruction complete all as directed. Note : Wornout parts shall be measured and paid separately under item No 26.00 to 37.00

Transporting to workshop and repairs to crankshaft of 125 KVA DG set carefully by turning, polishing etc including replacement of main bearings and oil seal complete all as directed.

Taking out alternator from the DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA after disconnecting all electric connections, removing rotor from the starter, decarbonate the rotor slots and including rewinding to CT coils complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size, gauge, turns including insulating material, varnishing and replacing rear and front bearing, greasing of alternator, reassembling and refixing with engine and refixing all components of alternator and mounting the same on the existing foundation, aligning the alternator with engine including transportation and testing on load complete as directed.

Replacement of defective / unserviceable thermostat element (74 Deg) suitable for DG Set capacity 10 to 50 KVA complete all as directed.

Radiator hose (for water pipe) for DG Set of capacity 20 KVA to 125 KVA complete as in replacement all as specifed.

Fuel pipe of feed pump to filter and fuel filter to fuel pump for DG Set complete as in replacement all as specifed.

Shut down valve 24 Volts for DG set of capacity 100 KVA to 125 KVA complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil,not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in trenches including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick protection with sub class "B"bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed specified.

Material & labour for sand cushioning in trenches and well ramming in layers with 8cm below and 15cm above the cable with fine dry sand for cable protection and complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Ser item No.74 to 78. Cable will be supplied & laid by uses.
