| 1 | Supply and fixing in repair/replacement including testing and commissioning of Solar PV modules, modules will be of Poly Crystalline type with 72 cells and minimum rating of 315 Wp with positive tolerance, with minimum 1100 mm cable length. Module efficincy >15.8%, fill factor>0.7, module will be free of PID, module connector suitable for MC4/Bizlink and jucntion box with minmimum IP 67 rating. Module NOCT will be 45±°C with temperature coefficient of power <0.4%/°C, and will be suitable for operation from -20°C to +60°C ambient temperature. Modules will be combined to make array & string of panels to maximize power output along with supply and installation of necessary accessories like fuses, array/string junction box etc., Modules will be certified for relevant dust standards (Applicable standard would be IEC 60068-2-68). Modules shall be deployed with RF id tag inside lamination as per MNRE guidelines. Guranteed electrical degradation of power generated not exceeding 20% of the minimum rated power over the 25 year period and not more than 10% after ten years period of the full rated original output. Modules shall be certified as per IEC 61215-Edition -II, IEC 61646 and IEC 61730-1 & 2 and other applicable IEC/IS standards.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement including testing and commissioning of grid tied 3 phase inverter outdoor type of with minimum IP 65 rating, with minimum 60 kW AC output at 50°C ambient temperature, Delta Solar Inverter Model No. RPI M50-12s, part No. RPI503M221000 or equivalent in other makes with specification as following :- dc input - 200-100Vdc, MPPT 520-800Vdc, 1000Vdc Max, 50A82 max, Isc:60A82 max, AC output-220/380, 230/400Vac, 3P3W3P4W, 50/60Hz, 50KW/50KVA nom, 55 kW/55kVA max, 80A max cosø 0.8 ind ~ 0.8 cap, IP65, protective class I, AC over voltage category - III. Minimum European efficiency of the inverter shall be 98% load as per IEC 61683 standard for measuring efficiency. Operating temperature range : - 20°C to + 60°C. Inverters should consist of associated control, protection and data logging devices and remote monitoring hardware and compatible with software used for string level monitoring.all as specified and as directed . (iv) Included authentic tracking of the solar arrays maximum power operation voltage (MPPT). (v) Array ground fault detection. (vi) LCD and Piezoelectric keypad operator interface Menu driven. (vii) Automatic fault condtions reset for all parameter like voltage, frequency and /or black out. (viii) MOV type surge arrester on AC and DC terminals for over voltage ptotection from lightning -induced surges. (ix) Provision for input and output isolation. (x) Inverter shall be installed on GI stand made by the angle size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm. Structure burried in ground and shall be 450mm above ground level.
