M & L Black Granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishig types in cooking platforms and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding, any description fixed in any position like wall, wooden flooring and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with Ultra Tech READIPLAST or equivalent in JSW Enduroplast/ACC Suraksha ready use plaster, by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material or as per manufacturers instructions, for thickness above 15mm, it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 days, 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 kg/cum. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 10 mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished smooth and even in ceiling without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer (Priming the plastered and other surface preparatory to distempering) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre /10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

S&F exhaust fan, metal body, heavy duty, copper winding with self-louvers shutters with frame, AC single phase 230 Volt of size 300 mm sweep by grouting both ends in wall up to required length, including making hole of suitable size & making good disturbed surfaces of wall to match the existing surface & and removing the rubbish / debris to a distance as directed by Engr-in-Charge and connecting with flexible cable 3 core copper conductor of size 23/0.0076 of suitable length from ceiling rose to exhaust fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement LED solar street light fitting 24 watt including galvanised steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.
