Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not xceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m (Refer CPWD DSR-14 - 2.8.1)

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS By Mechanical Transport including loading ,unloading and stacking Earth Lead 5 Km (Refer CPWD DSR-14- 1.1.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Refer CPWD DSR-14- 4.1.3)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (Refer CPWD DSR-14- 6.1.2 DR)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (Refer CPWD DSR-14 11.36)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Refer CPWD DSR-14- 16.68)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Refer CPWD DSR-14 -10.1)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm (Refer CPWD DSR-16- 70.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work (Refer CPWD DSR-14 -13.61.1)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site Including royalty and carriage up to 5 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). (Refer CPWD DSR-14- 23.2)

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS By Mechanical Transport including loading ,unloading and stacking Lime, moorum, building rubbish Lead 5Km (refer CPWD DSR -14 -1.1.2)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cowdung manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km (Cow dung manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% forPayment). (Refer CPWD DSR -14 - 23.25 )

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.( Refer CPWD DSR- 14- 23.9)

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately) (Refer CPWD DSR -16- 2.8 )

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of GoodEarth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. Maintenance of Earthen potted plants in displayed at ground floor only in bungalow, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (For Earthen pot 750 Nos) (Refer CPWD DSR- 16- 2.45 )
