Stripping out taking down existing water proofing treatment from roof slab and parapet walls. Cement plaster including hacking for key, raking our joints and scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not othrtwise speciaally provided (roof rcc water tank)

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar dressed stonework and precast concrete article.

M&L providing precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm aggregate ) and cement concret surface even and smooth using extra cement

Supplying only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 25 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:3

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 including sand faced finish to plastering as specified.

Dismantling water tank of capacity exc 250 but n exc 500 lts and removing to store.

M&L for providing WPT by using membrane over roof & vertical surface, consisting of applying oil bonded bituminous primer coat at 0.30 kg/m2 on a clean & dry surface & then providing a layer of APP modified membrane 3mm thick weighing approx. 4 kg /m2with non woven polyester reinforcement with very thin polyethylene film on both side with thermofusion process by gas regulated torch & finally applying one coat of super silver sheld aluminium based bituminous paint all as per specification & as directed by E-in-C. Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and refixing old steel tubes in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) for bore of pipe 20 mm

S&F Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed bore of pipe 20mm. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm - 210 gms/ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms)

Cutting existing steel tubing for altration or addition for bore pipe 20 mm dia as per direction of E-I-C

Cutting holes into or through stone walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required for superficial area of hole exc 150 sq cm but n Exc. 400 sq cm.

Removing surplus excavted and demolished material to a distance exc 500m but n exc 1.5 km and depositing where directed. Soil ,rock, P.C.C.
