Resource management for 04 lifts (01 lift for 08 Passengers and 03 lifts for 20 passengers) installed at Military Hospital (New) with 01 Operator for each lifts (04 Nos) including Sunday and Holidays complete all as specified below and all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Ist Shift, 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs = 04 Lift operators (ii) IInd Shift, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs = 04 Lift operators (iii) IIIrd Shift, 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs = 01 Lift operators

Basic rate to be paid per day (for 09 Operator per day) to the employees by the contractor. Note:- The rate quoted in this item shall not be less than minimum wages for Semi skilled tradesman as notified by ministry of labour employment office of labour commissioner as described in schedule 'A' notes. (If quoted rate found less than the minimum wages then the bid shall be rejected as non bonafied bid).

Employee provident fund (EPF) of Employers Contribution (for 09 Operator per day) Note:- The actual amount paid by the contractor against EPF or quoted amount which ever is less shall only be paid on submission of paid receipt.

Employee state insurance corporation( ESIC) (for 09 Operator per day) As per prevailing notification by the GOI for State Govt. whichever is high.

Contribution of Bonus (for 09 Operator per day) as applicable as per prevailing Govt. Of India

GST (Goods and Service Tax @ 18% on 1.01 to 1.04 here in before) As per prevailing notification by Govt. of India

Labour welfare cess (LWC) @ 1% on 1.01 to 1.05 here in before

Overhead & Profit including all misc items required for the items with cost of uniform to be provided to each Operator for serial item No 1.01 to 1.06 above Note:- Quotations with ‘Nil' or ‘Zero’ consideration (overhead and profit) shall be considered non bonafide.

Resource management for VRV (AC system) and Air Cooling Plant (19 Nos) including of military hospital (new) with 01 FGM and 01 helpers for each shift of 8 hrs (three shifts for Round the clock) including Sunday and holiday for manning operation of the plants S.G. equipment as listed below and as per shifts all as directed. 1st shift - 0600 h to 1400 h 2nd shift - 1400 h to 2200 h 3rd shift - 2200 h to 0600 h (a) VRV (AC system ) and Air cooling system shall be consisting of following items :- (I) Air Conditioner (VRV system) with heat pump unit - 05 Nos (ii) VRV indoor unit - 53 Nos (iii) AHU - 04 Nos (b) Heat pump (outdoor ) unit Heat pump complete hermetically sealed scroll compressors, condenser coils, fans microprocessor controller , etc as per technical specification

Overhead & Profit including all misc items required for the items with cost of uniform to be provided to each Operator for serial item No 2.02 to 2.07 here in before Note:- Quotations with ‘Nil' or ‘Zero’ consideration (overhead and profit) shall be considered non bonafide.

Notes for item no 1 and 2 here in before (I) Minimum qualification/experience for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field or 4years experience in same field . Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Eng-in-Charge. (ii) Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him (iii) contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (iv) Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing rules. Provision of reliever for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted (v)Cleaning of installation and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to include this provision.

(vi)Necessary logbook/logsheet will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Eng-In-Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift , penalty @ Rs 2000/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (viii)Contractor shall provide accidental insurance of min 3 lacs to all the employed manpower & copy of insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance. (ix) Staff will always remain on duty & shift staff will not change over the duty unless proper handing taking over is signed. (x) Lift should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look, otherwise a recovery at the rate of Rs 1000/- per day will be charged if the lifts are not kept clean at the time. (xi) Operator will take all preventive measures and will use protective clothing to avoid any untoward incidents. (xii) Contractor shall provide all necessary T&P for using by duty staff. (xiii) Operator shall ensure the normal maintenance of lifts like working of automatic rescue device, cleaning of all spares, checking of output supply from panels, checking of battery termination, physical checking of lift wire rope and charging the battery daily. (xiv) Operator/FGM/Helper will wear face masks, hand gloves and will apply sanitizer regularly as precautionary measures of Covid-19.
