Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust, and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal), making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at 5kg per 10 sqm and laying bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete, 25mm consoli-dated thickness with 5.50% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete to a uniform surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous maccadam surfaces exceeding 50mm deep and area not exc. 100 mm deep area not excceding 400 Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite, Trap or Baslal Stone) of size range 100mm to 50mm, interstices filled surface formed and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 ton capicity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Marerial and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) ready wet mix macadam (WMM) using materials of 30 CBR, confirming to the grading given in table 400:13 and physical requirement s given in table 400.12 spread with mechanical means as specified, hollows made upto for true surface, spread, surface binding with and including screening and moorum watered consolidated ad rolled using vibratory roller 8 to 12 ton capacity as per clause 406.3.5 of MORTH to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing surfaces of WMM by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous (VG-10)primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm over unsurfaced WBM surfaces.

M & L Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30 & penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

M & L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic conc,40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% (bitumen grade VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen and penetration, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete.

Demolation of Concrete (Unreiforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L for Hardcore of broken stone/boulder of gauge not exc 63mm deposited, spreaded & levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick including watering and ramming etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) type D2 in foundations filling and mass concrete.

M & L for 50mm thick sand filling/cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade all as specified and directed.

S&F PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm sone aggregate as band, coping and benching etc. incuding all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

S & F plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 Precast facory made kerb stone maching with existing kerb stone shape and size incl necessary earth work and removal of earth and joint fill with cement slurry etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre-mixed lequid seal coat paving bitumen with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface all as specified and directed by engr- in - charge.

M & L moorum 75mm,thickness, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient complete as specified and directed

M & L for providing thermoplastic hot applying paint of approved make for road marking of 1.5 to 2mm thick approved shade and shape as directed with automated machine adhering to standards of 100 mm wide line.

S & F solar cat eye of diamond size 125x125x8 mm, anti twisted ribs on the bottom all as approved

S & F delineator metal tublar made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos screws, 100mm dia highly reflective reflector made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic polyster elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 including excavation, returning filling and removing of earth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Road studs (Casts-eye) of size 100 x 100 mm, white or yellow colour, ABS material body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in due direction , fixed on road with two component epoxy hardner and resin/HT nail as per manufactures Instructions.
