Supply of Unidirectional elevated LED type high intensity Approach Light Fitting complete with pre-focused LED modules and LED driver suitable for series circuit 2.8 A to 6.6 Amps, lens/spreader glass, lens holding mechanism, reflector assembly, elevation and horizontal adjustment mechanism, breakable couplings, central column mounting assembly, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug suitable for connection with isolating transformer, base plate with 6 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers & other accessories etc. complete as required and confirming to particular specification and to meet latest ICAO specifications as required.

Supply of Inset type high intensity LED type Runway Approach light fittings (Clear) (For CAT I Approach Lighting) complete with LED modules and LED driver suitable for series circuit 2.8 A to 6.6 Amps, lens, support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, suitable base for bottom hole entry and required accessories etc. and conforming to ICAO/FAA/DGCA CAR requirements as required.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron molding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole center at one side surface center 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one /two nos. of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole center 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required. (a) Double hole Type

Supply of 5 KV grade SINGLE CORE 6 Sq.mm size Airfield Lighting Cable with Standard Copper Conductor PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed Single Core, Unshielded, Anti-Termite & rodent treated UG Cable generally conforming to IS 1554, Part-II with upto date amendment as required.

Supply of 2 X4 sq.mm 1.1 KV grade flexible secondary lead Airfield lighting cable with multistranded annealed tinned copper conductor(Class-5), EPR insulated, colour coded (Red&Black), core laid up &CPE/PCP/TPE sheathed as required.

Supply of following type 5KV grade 50 HZ, series type Isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber(or other compounds having equivalent mechanical and electrical properties) with primary and secondary connection as specified in particular specifications. 6.6 A/6.6A of 65 W

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type aircooled Microprocessor based Constant current regulator of thyristor controlled type suitable for use on Input Supply voltage 230V/415 V +/-10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with out put power of following rating with 5 steps variation of current output suitable for local and remote control operations with 24/48 Volts integral control supply and complete with output current indicated in multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipments, complete main power transformer,relays,contactors etc. complete as required as per AAI specifications including integration of CCR with existing "NASU systems"make Airfield lighting control and monitoring system(ALCMS) (a) 10 KW MPCCR at 6.6 Amp for CAT- I

Supply of Breakable couplings suitable for approach fittings as required.

Supply of round MS Collar of size 75 mm height for installation of approach light fitting, as required.

Supply of following 5KV grade plug & receptacle (essna connector)of type-1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following size 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS:1554 (Part-II) with upto date amendment. 6 Sq.mm

Supply of MS Blanking/Dummy plate of dia 10mm thickness, suitable for fixing on transformer housing box of 330 mm, complete etc as required.

ITC of round MS Collar of size 75mm, on concreate/bitumen runway/taxiway surface, including providing core cutting of size 100 mm for installation of MS collar, complete etc as required.

Installation of Transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are to be installed in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the center fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of elevated type LED Approach light fittings on the existing MS collar boxes and along with existing transformer housing boxes including installation of transformer, lens, lamps gasket, nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, levelling, isolating transformer, connection, earth connection etc. all complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type light fixtures including core cutting with suitable dia and depth for inset fixtures and refilling the gaps with suitable chemical compound or sealant compound(Dobefil 60&Hardner 758 or equivalent) and materials after installing inset type fixture base including secondary lead connection including providing suitable male/female connector of secondary leads complete etc. as required.

Groove cutting on concreate/bitumen runway/taxiway surface for suitable width and depth up to 100mm suitable for laying 25mm dia GI pipe and secondary lead meant for inset type light fittings including refilling the groove with original strength cement concrete or sealant compound(Dobefil 60&Hardner 758 or equivalent)after laying pipe and secondary lead, making good to original finish etc. complete as required.

Supply, fixing of 50mm OD aluminum pipe dual powder coated in aviation Colour of various sizes complying with frangibility requirement as per relevant Civil Aviation Requirements of DGCA.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sq.mm. plug & receptible with existing 6 sq.mm. single core PVC insulated Copper Conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape and HT tape insulation etc complete as reqd.

Installation of MS Blanking/ Dummy plate of dia 10mm thickness, suitable for fixing on transformer housing box of 330 mm, complete etc as required.

Supply of 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal ) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete as required.

Laying of 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal ) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe as required. a) Single core 6.0 Sq.mm or 16 Sq.mm(or Upto 35 Sq.mm)

Laying of one number PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in masonnary open duct etc as required. Single core 6.0 Sq.mm or 16 Sq.mm(or Upto 35 Sq.mm)

Providing and Laying of 25 mm 'B' class GI Pipe including excavation of hard / soft soil complete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box and bottom assembly of inset light fitting, providing checknuts including coupling etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15mm dia G.I.pipe from electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.(From light fitting to earth electrode)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required.(CPWD DSR-2022 item 5.7) (Along the cable length)

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/terminal with GI thimble etc. as required.(From light fitting to earth electrode)

Laying of of 2 X 4 Sq.mm 1.1 KV grade flexible secondary lead Airfield lighting cable cable in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying & fixing cable route marker with 10X10X5mm thick GI plate with description there on bolted/welded to 35mmX35mmX6mm angle iron 60cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Photometric testing of Airport Ground Lighting Fixtures: Carrying out/making in-field measurement of intensity, beam spread, orientation, chromaticity, luminous factor, one time field alignment setting approach light fittings by using vehicle mounted mobile testing equipment / system frame radar submission of test reports etc as per requirement of ICAO/DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements section-4, Aerodrome standards and licensing, Series-B, Part-I etc complete as required. SH : All Approach Lighting System (Total 120 Lights)

Providing the profile levels of points of CAT- I approach lighting system with reference to runway threshold using total station survey equipment
