Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth getting out of soil for taking out or laying of pipe line etc complete all as specified and directed for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down GI tubing from trenches , duct, wall, roof or in any position with all fittings for re-laying /refixing of serviceable pipes and removing the unserviceable pipes for 40mm to 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI tubing, medium grade of 50 mm dia for wall/floor etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE, LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 25 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 here-in-before but 4 Core 16 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L laying of bricks locally available sub class over burnt 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only bricks as in cable protection laid with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable, for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Old serviceable bricks as obtained from taking down of cable shall be use in the work) .

M&L sand coushioning with dry & clean, dirt less sand over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying and punned properly upto the required depth the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Only punned thickness shall be considered for measurement for payment)

S&F of GI tubing light grade of 50 mm bore for cable protection on pole/wall/floor etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC insulated FR cable with multi strand copper conductor conductor of size 2.5 sq mm through inside of pole / GI pipe bracket including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of security light analogue for DIN rail mounting timer switches surface mounting with 500 hour working reserve, 230V, 50-60Hz output 16 A to 250 VAC, resistive Cos ɸ complete all as specified and directed. (Make Legrand Maxi Rex 4QT (daily), Cat No 649915 or similar in make as mentioned in PS)

Single Servicing from authorised agency for "C" check in replacement of fuel filter, primary and secondary, superbypass filter,oil filter. Opening, adjusting, tightening of tappet cover complete by torque wrench by applying proper pressure , cleaning of complete sump from sludge of dirt, oil etc. and refitting for DG set including drain out (used) engine oil and filling new engine oil complete all as specified and directed for the following cpacity (a) Capacity 82.5 KVA, 125 Kva & 200 KVA. Make of DG Set : 82.5 KVA/200 KVA "CG", 125 KVA- "UNITED MACHINARY", Alternator -KIRLOSKAR Note:- (a) Engine oil will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items of schedule 'A'. (b) Each servicing of DG Set will be required after 6 months . (c) Air filter diesel filter will be replaced in each servicing of DG Set and will be paid separately as supply only under respective items of schedule 'A'.

M&L repairing of automatic battery charger of 24 Volt including winding of transformer unit and replacement of diode plates, rectifier plates, auto cut mosfet circuit , fuses etc. and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete routine test of transformer of Capacity 315 KVA & 200 KVA (as per IE rules) with authorised agency once in 6 month as per the dirction of Engr-in-Charge and submit the all routine test certificate by the authorised agency to Engr-in-Charge for maint of our record of any cpacity of trnasformer complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning ,servicing ,painting ,writing SM.MES No including minor repair work if required and greasing of all moving parts i.e pump impeller , stainless steel shaft, bearing etc for smooth running and replacement of packing gaskets, shaft sleeve, gland packing, neck ringnut bolts and washers etc, with necessary oiling and greassing of 20 HP pump complete all as specified and directed. M&L repair, cleaning and servicing of automatic star delta starter of capacity 20 HP fixed in existing LT panel including tightening of all loose coonection and replacement of minor defective parts such as cable lugs, nut bolts PVC copper connection wire etc to make the starter serviceable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Major defective parts will be measured and paid seperetely under relevent item as supply only)

Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in under ground water sump of 2.5 lakhs ltr by drain out the ludge/wate at bottom of the tank by mannualy or using non cloging pump sets and applying bleaching powder , brushes for removing deposited materials and removal the same from sump and deposited the same where as directed (not more than 50 mtr) , including cleaning the sourrounding area of under ground sump complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of coir rope, bleaching powder, brush for removing scales & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud utside the premises shall be deemed to include in the above item rate.

All as ser item No 45 but capacity of UG Sump 3 lakhs litter complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in over head tank 50000 liters capacity by applying bleaching powder , brushes for removing deposited materials, including jungle cleaning to sourrounding area including draining out existing water complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of coir rope, bleaching powder, brush for removing scales & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud utside the premises shall be deemed to include in the above item rate.

M & L in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L painting of LT pole 9 mtr height (size : 5 mtr of dia 165.70mm, 2 mtr of dia 139.70 mm, 2 mtr of dia 114.3mm) with one coat of aluminium paint after removing old paint from pole & other steel section such as angle, bracket & support clamps etc and inclusive complete all as specified and directed.

M & L painting of HT pole two pole structure 11 mtr height (size : 5.60 mtr of dia 193.70mm, 2.70 mtr of dia 165.10 mm, 2.70 mtr of dia 139.7mm) with one coat of aluminium paint after removing old paint from pole & other steel section such as angle, bracket & support clamps etc and inclusive complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning ,servicing ,painting including minor repair work if required and greasing of all moving parts for smooth functioning of GOD 11KV after shut down of electric supply from civil department complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of CI non return butterfly valve (IS : 13095(1991) suitable for 80 mm bore pipe with complete accerssories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of CI Foot Valve (IS:4038) for suitable for 100 mm bore pipe Tubing conforming to IS 4038 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Ball brass valves (IS:1703-2000), high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for 25mm bore iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
