Annual contract for day to day Maintenance and servicing of all kind of electrical installation at Tarapur Nonresidential & residential Bldg. including day to day operation, maintenance of electrical fittings, wiring, air conditioner, UPS wiring etc. operation, maintenance of electrical fittings, wiring, air conditioner, UPS wiring etc. maintaining log books, daily works register , keeping daily watch on MSEDCL energy meter consumption.

Supplying adaptor for lamp holder 230V A.C. supply.

Supplying flush type shockproof plug socket 6A & 16A (6 pin) with 16A switch combined with indicator lamp and fuse with gang box on wooden board.

Providing annual comprehensive maintenance contract for 1.5 TR split/window air conditioning unit complete as per terms and conditions. Job includes 1) quarterly servicing 2) on call repair 3) replacement of all spares within 24 hours 4) sending standby manpower for VIP movement. The job exclude sheet metal work and plastic material.

Providing replacement of existing unserviceable rotary/scroll compressor of air conditioner 1.5 TR by new one of same capacity with guarantee for one year with provided refrigerant complete.

Providing flushing out cooling coil and condensor coil of airconditioner unit refrigerant pipes internally with dry Nitrogen pressure in an approved manner.

Providing brazing pipes and checking leakages in the split/ window unit duly with dry nitrogen pressure in an approved manner.

Providing replacement of unserviceable starting relay for AC unit.

Providing replacement of unserviceable starting capacitor for A/C unit.

Rewinding the motor of the ceiling fan 1200 mm / 1400 mm of all types and makes and overhauling including minor repairs lubricating of ball bearings & bush bearing, replacing condenser, screws etc. & testing for original speed and consumption with guarantee for one year.

ELV Cabling (WG-ELVC)

Supplying FR PVC sheathed HDPE insulated copper cat-6 cable suitable for networking compliant with ANSI/TIA-568.2-D standards in provided conduit/ casing-n-capping as per specification no. WG-ELVC/NC

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of the 5 KVA online UPS system. Including All spares of UPS will be replaced free of cost during AMC replacement excluding batteries.
