Taking down cement plaster of any description on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

S&F GI Chicken wire mesh cut to size made to shape as ordered including fixed to walls with nails for receiving the plaster complete all as directed. Note : Weight of GI chicken wire mesh shall be 250 to 300 gm/Sqm.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls mixed with WPC @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls in small patches, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling in patches and scattered places, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} in small patch work over column/ beams/ ceilings / walls surfaces 20 to 30mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent like Nitobond SBR (1 ltr SBR + 3 Kg cement) applied as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices etc (plastered or unplastered) of any description, rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander / long handle sander and Jet pressure washing and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm applied by mechanical means i.e Airless spray complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of Kerb stones, decorative wall and the like and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions in alternate panels in different shade/tint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Painting to Kerb stones, decorative wall, etc in alternate shade/tint as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) of size 5 to 8 cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a synthetic enamel paint circle of 15 cm dia in approved tint for describing building numbers on concrete/plastered surfaces complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The font, style, matter, tint of paint & place of writing shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) of size 8 to 10 cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a synthetic enamel paint circle of 30 cm dia in approved tint for describing building numbers on concrete/plastered surfaces complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The font, style, matter, tint of paint & place of writing shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.
