Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300mm x180mm x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement with nuts, bolts, clamps etc as required, including taking out old pipe & removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out / down old existing HT 11000 volt grade cables, size 95 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm aluminium conductor, 3core, XLPE, armoured, laid in trenches, including PCC / Brick Covers for protection, and stacking, removal to store for re-use or for credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000 Volts (earthed) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3core under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover/bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, jointing & testing, indoor end termination joint kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3core, 120 to 185 Sqmm size cable, including taking outold joint kit and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminium paint over a coat of primer and taking down old, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch air break, triple pole, gang operated (GOD), complete with 15 insulators, drop out fuse unit mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate sections to break magnitising current of the transformer, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps, suitable for 11000 volts grade AC supply, including taking down old & removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All ferrous parts shall be hot dipped galvanised and non-ferrous parts shall be heavily dipped to withstand weather.

Supply and fixing female moving contactor 400 Amp capacity, 11000 volts grade for GOD switch (as per existing make), fixed in position, testing & commssioning, including taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing tinned copper Jumper of capacity 400 Amps, 11000 volts grade, for GOD switch (make as per existing), fixed in position, testing & commssioning, including taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Finding out the fault with fault locator machine and repairing/rectifying the same in HT 11000 volts grade Under Ground Cable laid more than 100 centimetre deep in tranches complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) HT cable fault shall be repaired within 04 Hrs after receiving complaint from Engr-in-Charge, failing which a penalty of Rs.1000.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contactor.

Dismantling and removing transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 400 KVA and shifting from site to workshop for repair , opening the transformer in the presence of Engr-in-Charge , taking out coil and detaching core &core assembly for estimation of repair and damage parts , cleaning /washing of tank and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks , cooling tubes, removal of damage parts, shifting back to site and refixing in position after repair , provision of cork sheet , making connection , including testing and commissioning , complete all as specifed.

Supply and fixing in replacement copper winding coils of required size and specification with super enamelled superior quality copper wire of suitable size on primary side of transformer (HV side) , complete with insulation , varnishing , vaccum impregnation and baking of coil assembly etc , complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 25mmx4mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe with funnel & wire mesh, including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, including taking out old earthing materials and removal complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Material and labour in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lightning conductor, 25mmx4mm GI strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws, PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc. or recessed or in chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT brass bush with brass washer/ nuts & bolts for transfermer of capacity 63 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT brass bush with brass washer/ nuts & bolts for transfermer of capacity 160 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT brass bush with brass washer/ nuts & bolts for transfermer of capacity 63 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for opening HT, 11KV, VCB front and back side complete after taking shutdown , cleaning, dusting inside & out side of VCB, greasing & oiling the mechanical parts of VCB and other parts of VCB as required at site, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of required spare parts will be measured and paid saperately.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole and stay complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole etc including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizental Boring of Holes under road, Pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding techique and necessary machine including provision of HDPE pipe of size 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for filteration and Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil (desludging of transformer minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strenth upto 60KV(rms) for EHV grade and upto 50KV (rms) for HV grade at 2 mm/2.5 gap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of transformer oil superior quality having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.0 mm gap, ISI marked, package of 210 litre sealed drum, and filling into transformers and other equipments installed at various locations including taking/draining out old existing defective transformer oil , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix tempreature gauge after taking down existing old one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing unserviceable rubber gasket sheet of transformer of any capacity after taking shut down, including opening all electric connections , nuts bolts, HT bushes and providing new rubber gasket sheet 3.0 mm thick with nuts bolts and all electric connetions, testing of transformer on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface filling in four pole structure transformer area complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in replacement Plates (chequered ), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A, of minimum thickness 6 mm, including necessary supports, hangers ,nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulating mat of size 2mx1m, 2.50 mm thick, suitable for safety from electrical shock for electrical installation with voltage upto 11 KV, as per IS 15652-2006(superseding IS-5424), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Compression/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors/ jumper connections upto 10mm dia of conductor wire overall, including treatment with conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT cable connections from HT pole and transformer, taking down transformer, lifting of transformer and keeping aside and reconnecting the same and reinstall in position complete all as specified and directed. .

Repair and replacement of spare parts of HT installations / infrastructure by HT exprienced electrician within 02 Hrs of intimation of fault without affecting the services of entire locatons of 12 Wing AF Area . Contractor shall provide spare materials in advance to department for execution the work without delay on site without affecting the services.The complaints will be communicated telephonically/ SMS by JE or AGE E/M. Complaints can be related to (i) DO fuse (ii) Jumper connections (iii) Repair to loose connections (iv) Repair to HT insulators (v) Repair to LA (vi) Repair to GOD sparking (vii) Repair to thimbles. Note :-(i) The contractor must have a functional mobile phone (basic mobile phone) round the clock and shall instantlly attend to phone call from JE or AGE E/M to promptly attend the complaints. (ii) The contractor's workmen shall be equiped with all T&P including cutting pliers, screw driver , tester, hand gloves, insulation tape etc and crimping tool kit. (iii) If the contractor fails to attend the complaints within 02 hours of first telephonic communication/ SMS, a penalty of Rs. 200.00 per complaint per hour of delay shall be recovered from contractor. (v) The contractor shall be liable to attend the complaint 24x7 hrs Note :- If any item is repaired/replaced twice due to any reason within 3 months at the same location, the payment shall be made only once.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out including cutting of grass/trimming of all bushes / small trees up to a height of 10 feet, in surrounding areas of E/M installations , double pole/four pole structures, panels, bus bar chambers etc incl sprinkling of herbicide solution as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specicfied and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for construction of platform of size 2m x 1.5 mx1.5m for transformer with brick work with sub class "B" bricks laid in cement mortar 1:4, cement contrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete, rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surface of walls , finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in top of platform, and preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, including dismantling of existing old platform complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 250 x 200 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specifed and directed .

Note : The length of MS angle shall not be less than 50cm above the groung level.

Repair , testing and caliberation as per PSEB norms by engaging authorised agency /PSEB and making functional existing IDMT over current and earth default relays of any type for HT VCB 11 KV including assembling , complete all as specified and directed

Servicing/maintenance of four pole structure of Ht infrastructure, dismantling all parts, cleaning with perolium jelly and replacement of defective parts ,re-assembling the same in postion with applying grease to moving parts,replacement of HT jumper connection with suitable cable/ ACSR conductor with conneting thimbles by experienced technical qulaified electrician, all as per specifiedand directed Engr-in-charge.

Servecing/maintenance of two pole structure of Ht infrastructure, dismantling all parts, cleaning with perolium jelly and replacement of defective parts, re-assembling the same in postion with applying grease to moving parts,replacement of HT jumper connection with suitable cable/ ACSR conductor with conneting thimbles by experienced technical qulaified electrician, all as per specifiedand directed Engr-in-charge.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs.387396.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
