3.4 (i) Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrow pits, construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause. (a) Private Land.

3.14-(i) Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause. (a) Private Land, At top and shoulder portion

4.1 (A) By mix in place Method -Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepare surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401. (i) For Grading Material (Gr-II)

4.7 Water Bound Macadam- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound mecadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405 using stone screening: Grading-III (A) By manual means (For Road)

6.7(A) (i) Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage. a) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints.

10.2.A Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatorysign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. (ii) 60 cm equilateral triangle.

(iii) 60 cm circular.

(Iv) 800mm x 600mm rectangular.

10.10 Kilometer stone -Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 1703. (iii) 200m Stone (Precast).

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of CMGSY Project 10.16 Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate will be welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm x size on back on edge. The lower plate will be welded with MS iangle iron 25mm x 5mm x 5mm. The anfle iron frame of the lower most plate and flate iron frame of middle plate will be welde to 2 nos. 75mmx75mm of 12SWG sheet tube posts duly embeded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, bordes etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic emnamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted and two coats of epoxypaint as per specification clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 i) PMGSY Logo Board @ 2.0 KM Interval.
