Supply & fixing Galvanised, corrugated 0.63mm thick mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, with bitumen washer / screws, roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 herein before but except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specified and directed . ( Note :- Old serviceabe sheet retreived from item No 01 above shall be reused)

Supply & fixing 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts with bitumen washer in roof or wall and making good Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 4 mm thick disigner ceiling (E-board classic) board / tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose, 595 X 595 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing of powder coated aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 600x600 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 2mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 37mmx24mmx0.3mm thick , cross tee shall be 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick and wall angle shall be 24mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labourfor 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in level course with finishing in cement concrete surface even and rough to receive screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with colour pigment over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for coloured/ printed Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick as in vertical surface such as dado/skirtting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with colour pigment over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry precast PCC block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling in Cement mortar1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a dostance not exc 250 m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces using WPC where ever required as per manufacturerer's instructions and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified NOTE -WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other fair faces of brick work , finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as on ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts with double bitumen washer with proper arrengement in roof or wall and making good Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in plinth protection laid to slope in bays and finishing the surfaces of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement cement and exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering laid in panels complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 2nd class hard wood as in scantling clean sawn of any description in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 2nd class hard wood (SAL) 25 mm boarding plain one side with butt joint fixed with nails in any situation. Complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 31 herein before but except boarding complete all as specified and directed . ( Note :- Old serviceabe sheet retreived from item No 28 above shall be reused)

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates and framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-A including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron, of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted steel iron, PGI/CGI sheet surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 41 here-in-before but fixing only with new fittings Note: Old Serviceable GI pipe retrievd from srl item No 38 will be reused.

Dismantling water tanks of any description, capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 liters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing colour rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks Trriple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion 500 ltrs capacity with and including 20mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 210 gram complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks , setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting, if required, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc , reconnecting and refixing in position capacity of tank exc 250 & n exc 500 litre complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer of chalk whiting preparatory to distempering complete all as pecified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. .

Material & Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking/ stripping out old tar felt over roofs,parapets,chimney stacks etc as laid horizontally or vertically and removing the debries to a distance not exceeding 250 m complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturerer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) on concrete surface of roof / parapet, apply and including a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg /sqm, apply and including a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/ sqm, and material & labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight not less than 3.6Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( Wt not less than 150 gms /sqm ) laid by forced application with over lap of minimum 100 mm and the overlap sealed/fused by flame as per manufacturer's instructions. A coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/ sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane & finally it will be finished with coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 litre/ sqm as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified .

Material & Labour for sunken floor treatment as described as under :- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken potion including vertical wall surface complete as directed. (ii) Material & Labour to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using brick aggregate over the treated surface complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Material & labour 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 61 ( Contd ...) (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed. (vii) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated.
