Preparation of PS-CD-ROM: Preparing PS-CD-ROMs as mentioned in the bid containing PER without photo in hard jacket properly superscripted to Identify and for any other electoral material as per direction of DEO/ERO

* Integration and rationalization will be done using REIL (SLA) developed modules integrated into Online ERMS. Vendors are not required to develop system for these separately

All the fields/columns of the financial bid, are mandatory to be filled in, otherwise the bid may liable to be rejected

Digital printout of PER will have one cover page. In the set of photocopy, if cover page and last page are (in case of double side photocopy) single page photocopy, then charges would be applicable of SINGLE SIDE only

The successful bidder will execute the work as per the work defined in the bid document or DOE/ERO right from data entry of Forms to Printing of E-Roll i.e. all the stages mentioned in the ERO-Net/ERMS; however in special circumstances ECI/ED may issue some special instructions, these shall have to be incorporated / executed by the bidder without any cost and in the time period given

Amount must be mentioned in up to 2 decimal points (rounded)

Vendor has to do the data entry of all forms (6, 6A, 7, 8, 8A, 001 etc.), reports, ps-information (for rationalization), scanning of electors’ photo, as mentioned and specified in the bid or specified by DEO/ECI guidelines

Estimate quantity mentioned above may be increased or decreased and according to election commission insturction any work can be cancelled
