SCHEDULE `A' PART-VI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 06 to 10: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

S & F for LED round shape highbay luminaire of capacity 100 watts, 230 volts, 50 Hz, heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and integrated electronic , 4 KV in built and 10 KV external surge protection, IP 66 in gress protection with additional safety chain etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting/hanging arrangements with stainless steel chain electrical connection upto light fitting complete all as specified and directed

S & F heavy duty Air Circulator fan with air delivery 300 Cum per hour with colour parrot green, 03 Nos alu alloy blades, AC single phase, 230 volts 50Hz, 750mm sweep (star rated) as per BIS, 1450 RPM , other necessary accessories and electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan teriminal and fixing to walls or steel gridders/structures along with clamps, MS plate with bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed

S & F for 4 pole MCCB 63 Amps with adjustable thermal magnetic release type 415 volts, lcs=100% Icu, breaking capacity 18 KA incl all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying sand cusioning of tibba sand for XLPE cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide as required cover complete all as specified and directed Note : Punned thickness shall be considered in measurement of payment

Supply & install testing and commissioning cuibical type dust and vermin proof IP 66 outdoor LT panel with ribbed type external surface, made of high quality CRCA 3.15mm characterised duly powder coated incl MS flat iron clamp/angle iron of size 40x40x6mm with nut, bolt washer etc shall be provided if required at site and mounted on suitable PCC plateform made of PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate including 250 Amps Aluminium Bus bar 4 pole with below metioned items, lifting 4 hook should be provided at top of panel, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Bus bar of aluminium strips of 250 Amps current rating capacity, length as actually required at site for 3 phase and half size for netural, mounted on epoxy/FRP bus bar insulator 01 Set . INCOMING : (a) MCCB 125 Amps TPN 16 KA, 415 V Thermal meganetic release type- 01 Nos. (b) Multifunction meter digital type for reading of voltage, current and power factor- 01 Nos (c) LED type indicator lamp Red/Yellow/Blue colour- 03 Nos OUTGOING : (a) MCCB 40A Amps TPN 16 KA 415 Volts thermal megnetic release type -03 Nos (b) MCB DP 32A 220V for outgoing-02 Nos (c) All outgoing feeder should be connected with suitable size of bus bar and internal wiring with copper conductor incl necessary lugs and thimbles
