Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of 18 Nos Computres and attached Peripherals installed in GE Kasauli for one year from the date of issue of work order as per terms and conditions. The details of installed computer is as under :- (a) E1 Section = 03 Nos (b) Conferece Hall = 01 No (c) E2 Section = 01 No (d) E3 Section = 01 No (e) E4 Section = 01 No (f) E5 Section = 01 No (g) E6 Section = 01 No (h) E8 Section = 02 Nos (j) AGE B/R Kasauli = 01 No (k) AGE B/R Subathu = 02 Nos (l) AGE E/M Kasauli = 01 No (m) E2 BS Section = 01 No (n) AGE E/M Subathu = 01 No (n) GE Office = 01 No TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) (a) Computers will be checked by the rep of company before the commencement of AMC. (b) The representative/mechanic of the company will visit fortnightly and check out for any problem, service of computer covered under AMC for the proper functioning. An entry to be made in the register for ever visit and countersigned by Section O/Supdt. (c) Department may however call the rep of company in between in case of any problem during normal days and normal office hours. Representative of company shall visit with 24 hours for the service. Extn of 24 hrs may be given under exceptional curcumstances by the concerned officer. (d) All the complaints will be attended as site. However, the rep of company may take the computer after removal hard disk if the computer is not repairable at the site. (e) A rep of the Deptt will be present during the period of servicing at the site. (f) Deptt will provide requisite consumable i.e. papers etc to the rep of company for checking of computer. (g) AMC is not covered in case of sudden heavy voltage fluctuations. Using of computer without UPS. In that case Deptt will have to pay for the repairs & Parts. (h) AMC is not covered in case of mishandling of computer by the user or the physical damage or breakage. (j) 50% payment will be released after six months of the commencement of AMC and balance 50% after next six months. (k) Department can terminate the contract if the work is not found satisfactory without any notice. (l) Anti-virus system be made for all computers (Make- Total security of 1 year).
