Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Consulting Agency Bidder should be an India registered firm/company

Consulting Agency Bidder should not be blacklisted by any Central State Government Public Sector Undertaking in India on the proposal due date - Self- certification to be provided

The bidder should be empaneled in NICSI Category D Strategy Consultant tier - NICSI Empanelment Letter

Bidder to be an organization with a minimum turnover of more than INR 500 Cr per annum from consulting business (Excluding IT implementation, forensic services/ internal audit/ risk assessment / tax) from India business in each of the last 3 years excluding current financial year (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) - CA certificate showing revenues for the said three years

Project Team, Key Personnel, Project Director, Investment Promotion and facilitation expert. GCCs IT ITeS expert Policy and Outreach expert Key Personnel commitment shall be a mix of on-site online. Key personnel to be available for relevant key meetings
