Design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 5 KWp Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant having facility for grid connection through Net metering (Hybrid) with provision for Remote Monitoring Unit throughout the state of Tripura on turn-key basis including 5 (five) years Warranty /Guarantee & Annual Maintenance Contract

Components for Internal Electrification works

Wiring for light / fan / exhaust fan / call bell point with 2 x1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) in pvc casing and capping complete with 6/10 amps modular type switch, cover plate, surface modular switch board including connection etc as required:-

SHORT POINT (Upto 3 meters)

MEDIUM POINT (Above 3 meters to 6 meters)

LONG POINT (Above 6 meters to 10 meters)

Providing and fixing of 3 pin 6/10 amps plug point with modular type 6/10 amps switch and socket including connection with 2x1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) on surface modular switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required:-

Providing and fixing of 3/6 pin 16/20 amps plug point with modular type 16/20 amps switch and socket including connection with 2x2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable(FR) on surface modular switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required:-

Wiring for circuit /Sub-main with following sizes PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC casing and capping etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing 2.5 sq. mm Copper conductor wire along with other wire for loop earthing including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following surface/recess mounted LED luminaries in powder coated die cast housing complete with high efficiency polycarbonate diffuser and necessary connection etc. as required (with 50000 burning hours and minimum lumen output of 100 lm/watt):-

Supplying and fixing of following ratings switch disconnector fuse unit (Main Switch, ISI marked) made of sheet steel enclosure with all accessories including drilling holes on board / MS clamp and necessary connections etc. as required.

32 amps, 415 volt TPN (rewireable)

Supplying and installation of powder coated steel sheet enclosure (MCB DB) suitable for 240/415 volts MCB/Isolator/RCCB (SP/SPN/DP/TP/TPN/FP) complete with necessary bus bar, neutral link, din rail, earth bar etc i/c connection as required.

Supplying & installation of 10 KA breaking capacity, B/C curve MCB of following ratings in the existing MCB DB including connection as required:-

6 to 32 amps DP MCB

6 to 32 amps TP MCB

Supplying and installation of change over switch of following ratings with enclosure including necessary connection etc. as required:-

32 amps FP (Auto Changeover Switch)

Supplying and installation of Bus bar chamber of the following ratings and sizes made of steel sheet enclosure with all accessories including necessary connection etc. as required:-

32 amps 415 volts four strip Copper busbar chamber 4 ways of size (300mmx240mmx80mm):-

Drawing of armoured/un-armoured cable with proper saddling etc as required:-

Supplying and fixing of following outdoor LED luminaries in powder coated die cast housing complete with heat resistant tempered glass/diffuser including necessary connection etc. as required (50000 burning hours and minimum lumen output of 100 lm/watt):-

25 watt LED street light fixture with integral driver and secondary lens (IP 66):-

Supplying and laying of the following sizes XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable with necessary connection etc as required

Excavation of earth for cable trench of 800mm depth & 300mm width in all kinds of soil including back filling of cable trench with the excavated soil with 20cm layer of sand, 3.5 nos bricks per metre for protection including ramming, consolidating to the original shape as per direction of Site Engineer :-
