Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing zinc alloyed (white powder coated) touch lock for uPVC sliding window with necessary screws etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. Old work (one or more coats)

Add correction factor 0.973 (S.No. 01 to 05)

Add Cost Index @ 61 % on SR&DR (S.No. 01 to 05)

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304n gague to window to window and clerestory windows using wire gague with average width of apeture 1.4mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.50 mm all complete with 8 mm aluminium U beading.

Providing and fixing window seal brushstrip or window sealing strip at joints of door & window frame for making weather proof sound proof , wind proof etc all completed as per direction of Engg-in -chargee
