Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).2nd class deodar wood including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick shutters for cup board etc. :Second class teak wood including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing square edges cover fillets (beading) 19mmx6mm section i/c mitring at junctions with wood screws and nails complete1st class deodar wood including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 50mm bright finished brass cup board or ward robe knob including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer- charge.35 mm thick shutters including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws :Second class teak wood including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat:-With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
