Part (A) Lightening protection for switchyard & substation building

Supply & fixing of Hot Dip Galvanized Iron (G.I) wire7/10 SWG for lightening protection work along with tension fitting clamp nut bolt etc. for fastening with earthing of pole 200x100x5.7

Supply & fixing of 33 KV Post Insulator complete with all accessories like nut, bolt or welding etc.

Supply & fixing of 33 KV Disc insulator B&S fitting 120 KN along with B&S Tenssion fitting complete with all accessories like clamp, nut- bolt or welding etc.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 m long 40mm, dia. including accessories & providing masonry enclosure with heavy duty cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke & salt as required. (18 for lightening protection & 18 for chain link fencing)

Supply & fixing of 25x3 MM copper strip with fixing accessories

supply & fixing of copper material spikes 1.5 meter long, 17.5 mm dia. highly purity copper plating (e.g.100 micron) and tin coating (e.g. 8-10 micron). The base plate insulator material must be HDP with clamp pins to secure conductor and provide isolation from structure. Protective voltage above 12kV, voltage withstand 12kV or higher, earth resistivity < than 10 Ohm. the work shall be done as per IEC62305/IEC62561 international standards.

Supply & Installation of 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) complete with all accessories like nut- bolt or welding etc.

Supply & fixing of 100x50x1.6 mm cable tray complete with all accessories like nut- bolt or welding or drilling etc.

Supply & fixing of epoxy Insulation to insulate the copper strip with roof etc. complete with in all respect.

Earthing with Copper earth plate600mmx 600mm x3 mm thick including accessories & providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/salt as required.

Excavation in Cutting in Soil by manual means with lead up to 50 m Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 (For height upto 5 m) Nominal mix (1:2:4) (PWD SOR;12-5-2-1)

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts (DSR 4.3.3).

Supply, Loading, Unloading of R.S. Joist f size 175*85 sq mm

Part (B) Chain Link Fencing

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing & Fixing of 50x50x6 mm angle-structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up section, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a primer coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing & Fixing of 65x65x6 mm angle-structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up section, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a primer coat of approved steel primer all complete FOR VERTICLE SUPPORT

Providing & Fixing of 35x6 mm flat strip-structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up section, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a primer coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing & Fixing of 150x75x6 mm channel structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up section, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a primer coat of approved steel primer all complete @ 19.6 kg/m

Providing & fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 meter openable length (total length 90 m) having 50 nos rounds per 6 meter length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' SHAPED PLACED 2.4 M 0R 3.00 M APART & WITH 9 HORIZONTAL R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire , stud tied with G.I. staples & G.I. clips to retain horizontal , including necessary bolyts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge , with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick )wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq mm with tape (0.52mm thick)& weight 43.478 gm/ meter

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavements as per Technical Specification Clause 202.Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Earthing with G.I. Pipe 3000mm Long 80/50 mm, terminal 50mm * 6 mm GI strip

Applying Prime Coating with ready mixed Aluminum primer of approved brand & manufacture

Part (C) Turfing
