BILL NO-1: ROAD MAINTENANCE Desilting for Major bridge nala bed at 171.601-Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete.

Construction of subgrade and Earthen shoulders: construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table no 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc speading, grading by motor grador consolidation by roller including all lead lifts loading unloading all labour usage charges of machinery etc complete (new road formation)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm thick. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2, including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking,transporting etc., complete including lead for bitumen & emulsion. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. note: A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete psvement to ensure propoer bonding. any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is to be applied on concrete surface

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated TMT Fe-500 grade bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including straightening bar, cutting, bending, hooking binding with approved quality binding wire, after placing in position, tying, lapping and/or welding whereever required (laps, hooks 7 wastages shall not be measured & paid) incluidng cost of all materials, fabrication charges, all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., complete.

BILL NO -3: ROUTINE MATAINANCE OF PAVEMENT REPAIR & ROAD Routine Maintenance of road assets and pavement as given below: (i) Clearing and grubbing road land (ii) Repair of potholes/edge cuts/ruts/ patches (iii) Carrying out cleaning, removing of dust/silt/thrash from carriageway. (iv)Cleaning, clearing and repairing roadside open/unlined/lined/covered drains and cross drainage works (v) maintenance of road signs and delineators For 10 months
