Preparing Documentary to be displayed on Convocation Day (Video of Basic introduction of University)

Telecasting / Webcasting setup with internet connectivity on Youtube, Facebook & University Website. High Speed Temporrary Internet Connection will be arranged by bidder at own lavel.

Food Arragement.. Brand new Good quality cutlery will be used in VVIP dining, old or already used cutlery will not be used. (The person / woman working in the food service will wear clean and neat uniform,Head gear/cap and gloves and will also arrange for the food to be served by the caterers by wearing Clean & high quality aprons on the food service tables.
