Material and labour for Preparing plastered or unplasterd old decorated wall surfaces including cornices, pillars etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. compound wall surrounding any bushes , trees ,debris and any type obstacles to be clear after to be painted of walls. 2. safety precaution to be followed during the period of contract if any causality, contractor is the reponsibility.

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces, plastered or unplasterd old decorated wall surfaces including cornices pillars etc and applying One coat of colour wash (dark blue colour is required) on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint on wall (External borders is required dark blue or existing colour) all as specified and as directed. Note:-painting to Bldgs Nos also including in this item.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on anteena mast/tower of height appx 7 m all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, raking out joints, hacking for keys and washing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair Broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions ,arches, pillars,compound wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for compound walls all as specified.

Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting to shape as directed and embedding in concrete, screwing, securing bolts, drilling holes notching for wire, flat ironfillets, angle (for securing wire mesh etc.) and similar workconforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type- D2 in walls or retaining walls, any thick ness , size or shape including buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts all as spcified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and Fix in repair concertain coil of dia 600 mm having 53 turns when streched covers length of 6mtr all as specified and directed by EIC..
