11.41A Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . 13.1 Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/20mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cm x 7.5mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20mm x 600mm), 4.00mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

13.4 Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm fro two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

13.5 Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14kg per metre) V shape cross for two 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as

13.10 Supplying and erection of 11KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

13.11 Supplying and erection of 11KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head line with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

13.13 Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltages 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

MR-12 supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of the 63KVA 33/0, 433KV aluminium wound outdoor type od filled (BIS Level-I) Transformer complete including all accessories like Earthing terminal, Liftung Lugs, Drain Valve, Oil, filling Hole with Plug, Silicagel Breather, first filling of Oil as per IS 1180 (Part-I):2014 Arcing Horn, Radiator, Air Release Plug, Conservator Tank etc, along with charging approval of the Sub Station from the competent authority as directed and specified by the department. Transformer should be as per CEA guideline as amended up to date. (All require materials for the sub-station will be measured & paid separately) (Power Maker Unit-II)

MR-13 Supplying including erection of 11.00 Mtr. Galvanized Steel Tubular Swaged Pole (410-sp-57) (Stnd. Weight 256Kg) along with fitting fixing, excavation work, foundation of bolts and nuts in R.C.C. work in 1:3:6 proportion of 1.80 Mtr. Depth, Cement plastering and etc. complete with all necessary materials as required and specified by the Department.

MR-14 Supplying with fitting and fixing of 11 KV D.O. Fuse se 150 Amp. As required and specified by the Department.

MR-15 Supplying with fitting and fixing of 11 KV GOAB Switch 150 Amp. As required and specified by the Department.

MR-16 Supplying with fitting and fixing 3-Phase 4W ICS DEMS complaint LT Trivector energy meter (Category-A), 3 x 240V Phase to neutral-5A Class 0.5s for DTR metering

MR-17 Supplying with erection of ACSR “RACCON” Conductor as required and as directed by the Deptt.

MR-18 Design, fabrication & supply of Floor mounted type compartmentalized dust and vermin proof power receiving Panel Board (L.T.-3 ph, 415V, AC, 100 Amp) made of M.S. Sheet of not less than 16 swg duly welded & Powder Coated with Grey colour to both in interior & exterior. The Panel board ill be comprises with the materials like MCCB 100 Amp with Rotary Handle, Busbar etc.

MR-19 supply of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1KV Gd. Solid Aluminium conductor up to 10 Sqmm, Balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Armour (Aluminium wire for single core up to 70 sq.mm, balance Aluminium strip. (Galvanised wire for cables up to 2 x10 sq.mm., 3 x 10 sq.mm & balance all galvanised steel strip), extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed, 650/1100V grade as per IS7908 (Part-I) 1988 armoured U.G. cable as specified and directed by the deptt. (Havells, RR, or equivalent make as approved by this deptt. 50.00 sq.mm 3½ Core U.G. Cable

MR-20 Supplying with errection of 11 KV 1C x 99 sq.mm AAAC Cover conductor as required and as directed by the deptt.

MR-21 Supplying with errection of Termination Kit for 11 KV 1C X 99 Sq.mm AAAC Covered Conductor as required and as directed by the Deptt.

MR-22 Supplying with fitting and fixing of H.T. bushing as required and specified by the Department.

MR-23 Supplying with fitting and fixing of L.T. bushing as required and specified by the Department.
