1 Preparation and submission of As built drawings of the all buildings of (campus-I) in soft

and hard copy and obtaining BDA approval for the IIT Campus in all respect.

2 Municipality/NAC Noc/EIDP Vetting:- Prepare EIDP Plan according to Existing Services

with seal and Signature Technical Person and Submitted. According to Field Verification

coordinates and Discussion with Department and obtaining NOC.

3 Airport (AAI)NOC:- Empanelled Airport Surveyor Survey Satellite Coordinate and Prepare

Site Elevation and Site Coordinates Certificate Report according to site details and online

application submitted to Calcutta office for final NOC and obtaining NOC.

4 Fire Safety Certificate NOC:- According to As built Drawing/ Existing Building

Measurement Drawings prepare & details Plan Submit in online mode with all required

documents. According to Field Verification coordinates and Discussion with Department.

Continues follow-up and obtaining NOC from fire Department.

5 PHED NOC's:- Application Submit Offline with Land Document. According to Field

Verification coordinates and Discussion with Department. Continues follow-up and

6 Center Ground Water Department NOC's:- Prepare Hydro geological Investigation & Rain

Water Harvesting Scheme Report and Application Submit online mode with all required

documents and layout plan. According to field Verification coordinates and Discussion

with Department. Continues follow-up and obtaining NOC.

7 Environment & Consent to Establish NOC:-

i) Submission of technical Project Report.

ii) Submission of related Maps and Drawings.

iii) Submission of technical data and clarifications.

iv) Submission of Plant Layout of the project showing the upcoming features of the plant

v) Presentations at SPCB to be accompanied by one concerned technical person of the

vi) Any statutory compliance sought by SPCB, Odisha for existing unit in addition to

Environment Issues raised by them. Any further queries raised by SPCB, Odisha for

existing unit to be given.

vii) Facilitating the job in all respects and obtaining NOC.

8 GRIDCO NOC Prepare documents according to form list and apply for permanent Grit

Connection Permission from GRIDCO. According to Field Verification coordinates and

Discussion with Department. Continues follow-up and obtaining NOC.

9 Lift Inspection Report:- Prepare Lift Installation Plan with Specification documents submit

to Fire Department for cross verification according to NBC Rules and obtaining NOC from

concerned Authority.

10 Pollution Control Board NOC According to Field Verification coordinates and Discussion

with Department. Continues follow-up and obtaining NOC.

11 Diesel Generator Report: Prepare documents according to form list of electrical and

mechanical engineers to obtained the inspection report.

12 Obtaining Occupancy certificate from BDA.

Actual fees to be paid to the statutory authorities & Departments, will be paid as per

actual invoice directly by IIT Bhubaneswar.
