M & L for preparation of old painted MS ERW fire fighting pipe lines, fire hose boxes of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of primer complete all as directed. (Note:- (i) quoted rates are inclusive of scrapping of fire lines with wire brush, cleaning with sand paper, removing of dust particles as directed.)

Servising of following capacities diesel engine driven fire fighting pumps to be carried out as per schedule given as under. B- check :-(Every 100 Hrs or 6 months whichever is earlier) (i) Fluid levels- Check and top off coolant, oil, and fuel levels as needed (ii) Oil and Filter change - Change the engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and bypass filter (iii) Air filter replacement - replace the Air-filter (iv) Replace the water separator (v) Radiator cleaning - Clean the radiator with chemical cleaner (vi) Leakage inspection - Check for any leaks in the fuel, coolant, or oil system and make necessary repairs (vii) Battery Inspection - Inspect the battery including terminals, for corrosion and ensure proper voltage (viii) General Inspection - Visually inspect the generator for any damage, loose parts, or signs of wear, loose wire connection in terminal boxes (ix) V- Belt condition - Check the condition of belts (x) Exhaust system - Inspect the exhaust system for leaks and ensure proper operation (xi) Electrical system - Check the electrical system for any issues or loose connections and make necessary repairs (Note:- Necessary minor repair works, control wiring & materials, filters replacement, bettery terminals, gaskets shall be inclusive in the quoted rates. Coolents, engine oil, V-belts shall be measured and paid as supply only). (a) Deisel engine driven fire pump of capacity 75 HP

Taking down old sluice valves/ butter fly valves with flanged end any pattern from the existing, repair & maintenance of valves including refacing & regriding, replacement of gaskets, nut & bolts, handles, packing the spindle stuffing box and other required accessories complete all as speificed. a) 250 mm dia bore

Dismantling the complete radiator carefully from Deisel engine cleaning/scraping of depositing manualy from outside of the radiator, cleaning radiator fins with descaling solution from inside & outside with forged feed method & with water and aircompressor (by using separate chemical pump water pump & compressor) plugging of all leakage in welding, brazing of copper tubes, cleaning of fins and replacement of gaskets, requirement accessories complete for the Deisel engine capcities 75 HP :-

Taking down U/S battery 12V 150 AH from the DG Set and supply and install 12 V 150AH maintenance free battery including terminal clamps, copper lead of suitable size/ length, battery stand complete testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing fire hose box of size 1.2 x 0.80 x 0.50 mtr and S&F new fire hose box 3 mm thick with front operated door, frame works with angle iron and necessary foundation works as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacing of CI foot valve flanged type of size 100 mm with necessary rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washers complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge for general servicing, physical inspection of complete fire alarm system, Fire hydrant system & automation system of fire pump house including minor repairs & control wiring in panel control panels shall be carried out as necessary, testing of fire alarm system, fire hydrant system as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ Users at various locations in 32 Wing and 33 SU. Service engineer to ensure serviceability of fire hydrant / fire alarm system as follows:- (i) Check all connection of control panel (ii) Check all sensons, detectors & call points. (iii) test detector and call point in each zone as required. (iv) Testing of alarm sounders. (v) Fire hydrant automation system of jockey pumps (vi) Cleaning of control panel and wirings. (vi) Contractor will be responsible to keep update of fire alarm system, fire hydrant system serviceable condition. If any replacements required which shall be procured as supply and fixed in replacement in separately.Testing report shall be submitted for keep up on record.

Taking down existing centrifugal type electric motor 3 Phase 415V, 50 cycles, AC from foundation/coupling opening the motor cutting and the burnt windings including bearings necessary spares parts, cleaning the sator and water with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating winding with same class of insulation, varnishing backing up indication supply, Star-delta copper cable properly fixed with motor terminal box, repair/maint of base foundation along with nut & bolts, including replacement of tyre couplings and re-installation of motor satisfactory perfomance of Engineer-in-charge for the following capacity of motors of any make:- a) 15 HP Capacity

b) 12.5 HP Capacity

c) 7.5 HP Capacity

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps, thermal magnetic release having, breaking capacity 10 KA, 415 Volt in the existing feeder pillar box including any addition / alteration to the panel to accommodate the new MCCB & making connections with 25x3 mm copper strip as required from main bus bars, making necessary welding work, metal work for fixing base plate etc and connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
