Design , supply. Install, commissioning and testing of 01 x 1.5 MLD water treatment plant including building structures, mechanical and electrical components all as speicified and directed. The following items are comprising under this item as follows:-

NOTE FOR WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WTP) 01 x 1.5 MLD (i) The contractor will submit the complete scheme of OEM to obtain the approval of Accepting officer after Acceptance of tender before execution of work. Design to be approved by Accepting Officer before execution of work. The design / planning catered in the tender is tentative and the complete design has to be provided by the contractor duly vetted by NIT/IIT after acceptance of contract for approval of Accepting Officer before execution of work. (ii) Contractor is advised to visit the site of work and liase with GE Banar for any clarification and site details. (iii) Test report of inlet / raw water and layout diagram are attached at Appendix 'D' to PS (iv) Scheme shall be designed to achieve outlet water parameters as per IS 10500-2012 as briefed hereunder:- (v) Any items required for the commissioning of treatment plant may be included while designing the plant as per OEM recommendations.

Manning and operation of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) around the clock including all components and items as mentioned in item no 1.00 to 1.05 hereinbefore in premises of WTP viz Transformer, Centrifugal pumps, Distribution panel, under ground sumps, OHR, Chlorine / Alum dosing pumps, sludge water sump as required for water treatment plant but excluding electricity and consumable chemicals for WTP complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge. Note:- (i) Period of M&O from the date of physical completion of Phase-I work - 24 (twenty Four) months. (ii) One pump operator (Skilled) & one helper (unskilled) per shift in 3 shifts per day shall be deployed for running of water treatment plant. (iii) Eelectricity and all chemicals required shall be issued by the deptt to the contractor free of cost. (iv) No labour shall be deployed continously for more than 11 months.
