But, in case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning etc. after opening of tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers.

Buyer can seek the authentication of valid authorization certificate from OEM, if required.This clause is for bidders who are not OEM of the tendered items.
