Taking down old and unserviceable transformer at different locations in the area of responsibility falls under GE 871 EWS from two pole structure/ foundation including disconnecting the LT/HT connection and shifting to workshop and getting back after repair and refixing the same at original location & connecting electrically and commissioning complete all as specified and directed of following capacity of transformer:- (a) 63 KVA to 100 KVA Note : - (i) The contractor will take down and re-fix the transformer at site located at various location as directed by GE. (ii) Transportation of T&P deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Supply only spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per item No. 1 above but capacity of transformer 160 KVA to 200 KVA

All as per item No. 1 above but capacity of transformer 250 KVA to 315 KVA

Supply only burnt defective HT/LT copper coil of different type capacity winding with superior quality enameled copper winding wire/strips of approved make of suitable size/ gauge and number of turns matching with the existing impendence and insulated including all allied materials such as cork sheet, fiber glass insulation/ paper insulation/ lathoride paper, cotton, empire tape and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts & washers (Brass) soldering/ welding and other packing material etc required for entire winding of coils complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT bushing porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers nuts, lock nut and rubber oil seal for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA of any make/ type complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 above but capacity of transformer 160 KVA to 200 KVA

All as per item No. 5 above but capacity of transformer 250 KVA to 315 KVA

Supply only LT bushing porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers nuts, lock nut and rubber oil seal for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA of any make/ type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of gasket sheet made out of 3.15 mm thick cork sheet with suitable GI bolts, nuts, washers for top of transformer of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only breather assembly CI body of standard size filled with silica gel for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA of any make/ type complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 12 above but capacity of transformer 160 KVA to 200 KVA

Supply only temperature gauge circular dia type of standard size for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA of any make/type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling transformer oil for top up having low viscosity, of approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and di-electric strength 40 KV (after filtration) complete all as specified and directed.

Filtration & dehydration of existing transformer oil with machine including heating continuously to achieve results for reuse as per standards including recording its viscosity etc prior & after filtration & dehydration of transformer oil with maintaining its results (approve by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable servo voltage stabilizer 75 to 100 KVA, 280 to 480 V oil cooled un balanced or balanced servo control from different locations in the area of responsibility falls under area of GE 871 EWS and shifting to authorised workshop and getting back after repair/ overhauling by way of replacing unserviceable parts and re-fixing the same at original location & connecting electrically and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (Repair shall be carried out in authorised workshop, Transportation of T&P deemed to be included in the quoted rate). Note:- Supply only spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only servo control motor for voltage stabilizer of capacity 75 to 100 KVA with base plate, condenser, capacitor etc of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only auto control unit suitable for fitting to voltage stabilizer of capacity 75 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only carbon bushes suitable for fitting to voltage stabilizer of capacity 75 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only main transformer coil for the voltage stabilizer of capacity 75 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only dimmer coil 110 to 140 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass bushes and stud suitable for 75 to 100 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium thimbles for cable connections of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair digital/ analog type voltmeter to measure AC voltage 0 to 500 Volts with 1.0 accuracy class, stranded voltage burden 0.25 VA MAX/Phase working on AC auxiliary supply voltage 230 volts, flush mounted type of size 96mm x 96mm x 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Indicator, any type, any colour and S&F new Indicator red/ yellow/ green including making electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs duly crimped complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of GOD mechanism pipe and handle lever, etc. by way of welding, greasing and including supply and fixing of new male and female contact complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch and insulator and steel frame outdoor type suitable for horizontal/vertical insulation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator copper alloys high pressure assembly opening rod of 25mm dia GI pipe medium grade complete conforming to IS-1318 of 1972 rated voltage 11 KV and current rating 200 Amps, 12 insulators, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI light bolt nuts, check nuts and washers of including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit of PCC in 1:2:4 type B-1, with RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-0 using MS TMT 8mm dia @ 150 c/c both way with suitable handle, angle iron frame made out of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4mm, including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers all around the earth plate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point including test point made out of 40 x 3mm GI flat iron, all as specified and indicated including testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing, for machinery/ equipment installed at power house/ substation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete for poles and other machinery/ equipment using GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized wire 4.00 mm as earthing lead by means with GI pipe light grade, nuts, bolts and washers complete upto and including test point made out of 40x3mm GI flat, PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt15cm at round the earth plate watering GI pipe 20mm light grade and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for GI wire protected steel with funnel as shown in electric pate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) all as specified and indicated including testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing, for machinery/ equipment installed at power house/substation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable XLPE cable and Supply, laying in trenches, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earth grade having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI steel tube light grade of 100mm bore including necessary GI fittings, laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/ walls for protection of electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/struts, any size, supply and erecting in true vertical steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete and M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories i.e. stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles, GI stay wire 7/4 SWG, loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, etc and all other accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stay clamp, excavation and earth work and concrete for stay pit and insulator shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair loop insulator porcelain, vitreous white/ brown/ green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, etc. complete and M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps (including stay clamps, clamps for fixing GI tubes for passing through of cables) and back plates fabricated out of standard steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of providing two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming tree branches coming in proximity to HT over head lines and involved with over head lines where detected, over head lines to be cleared of tree branches atleast 1.5 Mtrs apart from ACSR conductor from all sides all as directed. (Contactor is supposed to manage long wooden ladder atleast 32 feet height, rope and handsaw machine to clear the lines from tree branches having girth upto 6" dia at his own arrangement and cost). Note:- Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assy etc. n etc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5 m but n exc 3.0 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assy etc. n etc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for the purpose of floors and laying of cables including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying reinforcecd precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for calibration (All connections and mechanism) cleaning, servicing, overhauling, testing complete of 11KV vacuum circuit breakers respectively as mentioned below:- (a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 Core cables from the electric system and calibrating the CTs 03 Nos of each VCB with the help of primary injection kit and testing it for proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-charge and reconnected the incoming and outgoing HT Cables complete of both panels. (b) Inspecting, servicing and checking all the connections of control wiring availability of proper DC supply and AC supply, incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting complete testing it for satisfactory operation raising and lowering mechanism in presence of Engr-in-Charge. (c) Taking out IDMT over relay 02 Nos and earth fault relay 01 No from the 11 KV VCB (3 Nos in each) and calibrating the relays with the help of secondary injection kit and proper setting of relays and re-fixing back in existing position testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) All the instruments primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates (ii) Cost of nut bolts, cleaning material, jelly/ grease, carbon tetrachloride etc are included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of volt meter digital type CT operated 0-300 volt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Ampere meter digital type CT operated 0-300 Apms capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of DC power pack unit AC input 220 volt, inbuilt battery 7 Ah output DC 24 volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of cable route indicator or cable joint mark for 11000 volts made out of mild steel 100mm dia 6mm thick plate welded to 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron 50 cm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) block of size of 150mm x 200mm x 200mm including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
