S&F Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminum Zinc Coating GI based Plain Steel Sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Second Class Hardwood in Scantlings Wrought Timber Framed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete roofs, floor(other than ground floors),beams,staircases,landing,chhajas and similar suspended work include APP membrane,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be less applied over bituminous primer as specified above over a Application of polymeric membrance shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.
