Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes if any etc. and Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from out side MOD land of any lead, at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 of MES schedule Part-II on serial page No.21 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment / traverse of filled earth after consolidation / compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (iv) Total quantity / partial quantity of earth may not be available in Barrackpore area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area and it is advised to quoted the rate considering availability of soil and its lead involved.

Taking up or down lightening arrestor, grid system alongwith 4 Nos earthing including strips, rods, etc.

S & F convex mirror of 80 cm dia with SS poles of 50-60mm bore (length of poles is 2.00m) fixed with cleats and hooks including nuts, embedded in post holes of size (40cm x 40cm x 60cm) in PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate including earth work, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for outdoor endura floor tiles of size exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.22 Sqm, thickness 9-10mm of set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor, laid over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pipe 200mm dia Spigot and Socket Type of class K-7 laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of polished copper air termination base including four fixinng screw for holding Copper rods of 15 mm dia 1 mtr length ,base should be four way accessible for terminal connection of aluminium strip of 25 x 3.15 mm size and providing support to Air termination rod.rate quoted is including air termination copper rod of size 15 mm dia and 1tr lenth.

Material and labour for fixing of aviation obstruction light of aluminium body LED 6 W on Over head tank at top of tank including base clamp,post lamp cable appx 30 rm and other connected accessories as directed.

Supply and fix Brass Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, 150 mm (6”) dia.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 200 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 200 mm dia.

Supply and fixing Octagonal steel pole of 6 Mtr height, taper type with top dia 70 mm and bottom dia 130 mm factory made with 3 mm thick sheet including base plate of size 200x200x12 mm and 4 Nos bolt of size 20 mm dia and 600 mm length complete with single armed bracket of length 1 Mtr.

Supply installation and testing of analog type time line distribution board of 16 A ,3 pole/230 V with analog time switches for street light having 100 hrs battery backup,1 P module type.

Material and labour for taking down Steel tubular pole, street light fitting and keeping aside the fittings for re using of street light fittings in new pole.

Material and labour for fixing FRLSH cable pvc insulated 3 core 1.5 sqmm for connection of street light from junction box to fittings including jointing clip and other minor connected items required for the same.

Material and labour for taking down cable of any description and any sizes and keeping aside ,cheeking wheather any damage is there ,taking out the bricks and keeping aside after cleaning for re use.Rate quoted is including excavation ,returning filling,removing as required.

Material and labour for re laying cable of any description and any sizes in new route including excavation ,re use of old bricks,returning filling ,removing .Note:Sand is consider seperately for supply and fixing.

Note : Supply only Stainless steel pipe shall be measured and paid separately.
