Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcementwith wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction ofEngineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sandblasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material with in 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint swith white cement and matching pigents etc.The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutteronly . Laying of tiles will bed one with the not chtrowel , plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size Tile 800 x 800 mm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer)with water absorption less than 0.08% andc onforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on2 0mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement [email protected] kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of Tile 500 x 500 mm or requirment as per site & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting ,dado and pillars laid on 12mm(average)thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry m ixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
