ROAD, PATH/HARD STANDING & CULVERT

Material & labour for WMM(wet mixed macadum) 150 mm thick in two layers of each 75 mm thick ( Compacted thickness ) with coarse aggregate of granite trap or basalt(90 to 40 mm size) stone of grading II as per spread with mechanical paver,(with sensor minimum 9m wide) rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified in SSR Pt-I 2009 clause 20 B 5 page No. 553 . ( Note:- WMM shall be carried out in two layer of 100 mm thick each layer compacted and seperately spread and rolled .) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Dry Lean Concrete ( DLC) of Thickness 150 mm having minimum 7 days crushing strength of 10 N/mm2 over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, Size of aggregate not exc 40mm (grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MORTH, IRC SP : 49 specification), of design mix, minimum cement content should be 240 kg/cum as per IS 456.mixed in batching plant, trasported to site laid with sensor paver including spreading and compated by using 8 to 10 tonnes vibratory roller including necessary formwork finishing etc complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- Trial bay shall be carried out at site. The rate is inclusive of this provision)

Material & labour for 400 micron polythene film transparent (non recycled) laid over screened sand filling with side and end overlapping not less than 300mm complete all as per IS 2508. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 200 mm thick RMC in Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sq cm(lower control limit-LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using 400 kg of cement per cum and using non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement @ 0.15% by weight of cement with crushed stone aggregate of grading as specified laid in panels,including necessary formwork, spread and compacted using mechanical paver, mechanically vibrated & bull nosing/rounding off edges, curing, broom finishing on top, belting, etc complete all as specified and as directed (Thickness of concrete shall be 200 mm)

(iv) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (v) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item. However minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of cement used in the work based on inserted rate against.

Supply only super plasticizer, etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only polyester triangular synthetic fibres 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron desgined for melting point 240 -260 celsius having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.4 Recron 3S manufactured by M/s Reliance Industries Ltd Mumbai or M/s Finolex Industires Ltd or equivalent as secondary reinfocement in all type of concrete @0.25% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for forming 25mm thick expansion joints for 200mm thick PQC filled with preformed filler board conforming to IS:1838:2011 Part- 3, provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 30mm dia, sealed with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 15mm ) confirming to BS -5212 type FB priming the sides as recommended in manufacturer's instructions and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied

The sealant should have MAF (+/-) 30% and manufacturer's warranty for 10 years as used in international Airport in India complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as shown on drawings.(for flexural concrete) etc including rounding of the edges of expansion joint. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming construction joints 28 mm deep x 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) within 6 days of completion of curing provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 12 mm dia, provision of de-bonding strip of minimum 5 mm thick and sealed with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant conforming to BS-5212 (Type-FB) priming the sides as per manufacturer’s instructions and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant applied complete.

(Note :- Before laying the adjacent slab, white washing/bituminous paint to the already casted concrete is to be carried out. Material and labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 70mm deep x 6 to 8mm wide for 200mm thick PQC (using diamond cutter) as soon as the concrete is strong enough to with stand edge spalling i.e. first cut as early as possible but not later than 24 hrs and filled with expanded polyurethene foam (armour board), applying bond breaker tape on top of armour board for complete width of joint including provision of closed cell polyurethene backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant (Min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 16mm) confirming to BS -5212 type FB priming the sides as recommended in manufacturer's instructions and applying masking tape on edges of joint to

Diesel engine driven Generating set capable of delivery 125 KVA (With AMF Panel suitiable raitng of contactor) water cooled 415 Volt (AC three phase 4 wire system of supply ) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet outlet return inlet oil arrangment exhaust pipe complete and suitable for condition prevalent at Baroda (capacity of engine alternator shall be worked out taking all derating factor into consideration ) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height ) anti vibration pads including all features to coply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following.

(i) Engine prime Mover) : - Diesel Engine 1500 RPM direct six cylinder four stroke confirming to ISO 3046/BS water cooled naturally turbo charged capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 125 KVA at outdoor atmosperic condition at jalipa (taking all derating factor in to consideration ) 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendation ) electric battery start complete with fly wheel all standard fitting/fixure as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer lub oil temprature (ii) ATERNATOR: brushless AC alternator 3 phase 415 Volt 4 wire rated for output of 125 KVA Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM IP-23 Protection class enclosure insulation class H salient pole revolving field single bearing automatic revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled throgh flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

(h) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 m at 75% load under field condition and ox 70 DB at 3 m from Gen set is working at full load alonwith when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing confirmance lebeling certification etc as laid down in GSR (vi) FOUNDATION/PLINTH/BASE:- Shall be provided as per manufacture's however minimum 0.5 m space shoukd be available all round the set and height of plinth shall be not less than 0.5 m (vii) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hour operation of Gen set (viii) Secondary maintenance free for battery of suitable capacity for above DG set duly initially charged. (ix) MISC:- Tool kit operation and maintenance catalgue spare part list overlaning manuals guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practice

MOTORISATI ON OF HANGER DOOR

Material & labour for feeder (kiosk) of size not less than L=60 CMX45 CM(H) made out 20 m thick out door type CPRI approved with operation front door including locking arrangement with copper busbar 200 Amps rating and fixed on angle iron frame and PCC plinght complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Earthing of machinery equipment installed at power house/ sub station complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber,

precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM jali weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, upto 7.5m lenght test point etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead. Any addition in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.
