Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work in all kinds of soil , such as pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work , jumper blasting work, chiseling / wedging out rocks including pumping or bailing out water upto all lifts, stacking the excavated soil in all leads from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelvet graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) excluding the cost of form work in foudation and plinth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm {twenty millimetre} nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand)including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry in second class common burnt clay building bricks in Cement mortar 1:4(one cement isto four sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand)within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

15mm ( fifteen millimetre) Cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm ( eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth.Cement Mortar 1:6 (one Cement isto six Sand) within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling,brackets and similar works complete within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters :-- Enamel paint other than white complete within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Demolition of stone masonry below G.L. upto any depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-servicable materials within all leads.Rubble masonry in cement mortar complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Demolition of brick work In cement mortar below G.L. upto any depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
