Complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Taking downcement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/ untreated surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium Acrylic emulusion paint having VOC 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali and Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with Silicon Aditives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm ovre new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system including preparation of old surfaces consisiting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymerbonding agent (5 Kg per pack ) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm - 1.2 mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the ddirection/ supervision of the Engineer -in-Charge, all complete, The above texture coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bakelite Hylam Limited or equivalent make approved by the GE

M&L for surface preparation and applying High End Textured paint on wall surfaces including complete removal of existing painting complete all as specified and directed

M & for L Providing, cement concrete Type B-1 1 :2 :4 (20 mm graded aggregate) rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Material & Labour for Preparation of old painted on steel based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm grith or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying road marking (thermoplastic) painting like lines dashes arrows etc on roads surface as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality laid at 1600 C with special applicaator machine complete all as specified .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for disillting of drain or foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells,cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed
