Antiweed Treatment:

JELLY SPREADING:
a) Supplying all labour, materials, equipments and Providing and laying 100mm thick granite/trap/basalt jelly using 20mm size jelly including the cost of jelly, sundries and other items not mentioned herein but required for the competion of the work as per technical specifications drawings and direction of the engineer incharge of the work. The jelly used shall be free from dirt, organic material and flakes etc. including cost of cement concrete block masonary barricade as per specification wherever required/as per direction of engineer.
b)Concrete Block Masonry Barricades : supplying all labour, materials and Providing barricades to confine jelly spreading including the cost of the following works and other items not mentioned herein but required for the completion of the work as per specifications and directions of the engineer incharge of the workincluding earth work excavation in all types of soil /rock, backfilling and disposal of surplus stuff to the places directed, construction of solid concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:6 with cement concrete solid blocks of proportion (1:5:3), crushing strength not less than 50Kg per Sq. Cm, 40 x 20 x 20 Cms size (l.b.h) conforming to ISS 2185-1967 including necessary curing etc., complete. The concrete blocks shall be 100mm above FGL, plastering to masonry 12mm thick in CM 1:6 and two coats of water proof cement painting to exposed faces over one coat of primer
Transformer foundation and associated rail track: Design, Engineering, supply of labour, material, equipments and construction of transformer and radiator foundations, rail tracks(Concrete grade M-20) including all associated works, jacking pads, Anchor blocks, MS gratings, gravel filling, pylon support system including the cost of excavation in all types of soil/rock, back filling with available approved earth or borrowed/new earth,disposal of surplus soil/rock to the places directed, concrete (RCC M20 grade and lean concrete 1:4:8), reinforcement steel, strucutural steel, form work, grouting , jelly , painting, curing, sundries and other items not mentioned herein but required for the completion of the work as per technical specification, drawing and directions of the Engineer in-charge of work
i)100MVA, 220/132/11 kV Transformer
iii)Baffle/Fire Wall: Design, Engineering supply of all laobour materials and construction of baffle/fire wall as per technical specification, drawing and directions of engineer incharge of work. (RCC M20)
Stone Masonry Transformer Platform:
Construction of size stone masonry Transformer platform for 630kVA,33/0.433kV LT Transformer as per drawing enclosed, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer- in-charge of work, incuding the cost of excavation in all types of soil/rock , backfilling with available approved earth or borrowed/new earth, disposal of surplus soil/rock to the places directed, concrete (PCC 1:1.5:3 for coping and lean concrete 1:4:8) Strengthening of foundation in expansive /B.C soil Size stone masonry for foundation and basement in cement mortar 1:6 using hammer dressed/chistle dressed stones of not less 15 cm. high with bond stones in each course, plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:6, to the exposed faces, structural steel, reinforcemet steel, curing, water proof cement painting to the exposed faces and other items not mentioned herein but required for the completion of the work.
Road Works:
Design and construction of roads and walkways/shoulders within sub-station or outside the station as per specification, layout ,sectional detail drawing and directions of Engineer-in-charge of work etc. complete in all respect. [ Area of Concrete Surface shall be considered for measurement]

STORM WATER DRAIN, DECK SLAB CULVERT/PIPE CULVERT FOR DRAIN CROSSINGS:Design, Engineering and construction of Strom water drain, deck slab culvert and pipe culverts with the following items of work
i) Earth work excavation for foundation, pipe line and drainages and removing the excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50m and with a lift upto 1.50m. In hard soil
ii) Providing and laying cement concrete using 40mm and down size stone aggregate for foundation laid in 15cms thick layers and well compacted including curing etc., complete cement concrete 1:4:8
iii) Random Rubble stone masonry in courses not less than 20cms high with bond stones 2m apart in each course, edges of stones chistle dressed and all quoins 2 line dressed 5cms. Wide on each face including curing etc., complete as per specification in CM 1:6.
iv) Providing pointing to stone Masonary in CM 1:3 after raking the joints to a depth of 2.50 cms and nicely lining curing etc., complete.
v) Earth work filling by using available earth including compacting by filling 15cm layers and consolidation with water etc., complete.
vi) Disposing of the excess earth away from the premises including all loading and unloading, transportation , leads lifts etc., complete
vii) Providing and laying cement concrete using 20mm and down size stone aggragate including mixing, laying, tamping, curing and smooth finished for exposed faces and with necessary centering and form work etc.,complete for SILLS, COPING,BOND SLAB, Basement and for any other such works Cement Concrete 1:2:4.
viii) Providing Haulig and Laying 450mm dia. NP3 class RCC hume pipe in position carefully and jointing with CM:1:2 and curing etc., complete (including the cost pipes and collars) with all leads and lifts whereever required
ix) Providing and fabricating MILD/ HYSD steel reinforcement conforming to IS 1786 including supply of steel and labour for straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping and/or welding wherever required placing in position, tieing with binding wire of approved quality and gauge including the cost of binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary etc complete as per design specification and directions
x) Providing and laying insitu vibrated cement concrete Grade M20 using 20mm and down size graded coarse aggregate using clean sieved approved sand, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all leads and lifts, labour, hire charges of machinery, scaffolding, form work, centering vibrating, finishing curing etc., complete for solid Deck Slab.
Switchyard fencing:
Design Engineering and construction of new security wall cum chain link fencing and strengthening of existing security wall with chain link fencing,including Earth work excavation for foundation and removing the excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50m and with a lift upto 1.50m. in hard soil , concrete using 40mm and down size aggregate for foundation laid in 15cms thick layers and well compacted , complete cement concrete 1:4:8, Providing and laying cement concrete using 20 mm down size stone aggregate including mixing, laying, tamping, and smooth fihished for exposed faces and with necessary centering and form work etc., for SILLS, COPING, BOND SLAB, Basement and for any
other such works Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,Stone masonry, stones hammer dressed in courses not less than 20cms high with bond stones 2m apart in each course including curing etc., complete as per specification in CM 1:6.for foundation structural steel using ISMC, ISA, M.S. flats etc., for providing structural works incuding cost of materials, consumables required for the completion of work including charges for fixing welding, cutting, straightening, bending, fastening, grinding, welding etc., complete including two coats of synthetic enamel paint ,etcbarbed G I wire fencing of 12 X 12 guage drawn into stone or iron pillars including drawing in holes wherever necessary excluding the cost of pillars but including the cost of barbed wire and binding wire etc
Providing and fixing M.S gate to RCC pillars, fabricated as per the drawing and directions of the Engineer incharge of the work. Rate includes cost of RCC supports, gate, fixing to RCC supports , painting etc., complete chain link fencing 50mm size of 8 guage properly stretched between rectangular poles and fixed with suitable bolts and nuts, the free ends shall be welded to the pole and block pipe at top and bottom as required including cost of all materials, labour and lifts, cutting, bending wherever necessary wastages and lapping etc., complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge of work including two coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over one coat of shop preimer MS rectangular poles made out of 2 equal angles of 65x65x6mm welded together and fixed in CC 1:2:4 with two nos. of 16 mm dia.
MS hold fast rods each of length 25 cms. Including cost of all materials cutting, bending, scaffolding wherever necessary nicely finishing the welded joints with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of engineer incharge of the work including providing 2 coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paints over one coat of shop painting. Disposing of the excess earth away from the premises with all lead and lifts including all loading and unloading transportation etc., complete
Extension of Existing Control Room Building: Design, Engineering, supply of all labour, materials equipments, tools and plants etc., and construction of Extension of Control Room building (RCC M-20 grade) as per the drawing, directions of the engineer incharge of the work with the following items of work electrification/ illumination, false ceiling, doors & Windows, construction of various cable ducts comming within the building are in the scope. The works include dismentaling & connection work required in existing control room (Wall/Window/RCC Beam/RCC Column/Cable Trench) for sucessful completion of the Building.
220KV GIS Hall Building: Design, Engineering, supply of all labour, materials equipments, tools and plants etc., and construction of 220KV GIS Building (RCC Frame Structure) with RCC M-20 grade as per the drawing & directions of the engineer incharge inlucluding electrification/ illumination, construction of various cable ducts comming within the building & its supports are included in the scope. The GIS Building Consists of 220KV GIS Hall, LCC Panels and AHU Room as shown in Layout. Please refer Scope for actual requirement of Bays.
Rain Water Harvesting: Design Engineering , Supply of all labour, material, tools & plants etc. and construction of Rainwater Harvesting as per technical specification.
