M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer 11/0.433 KV outdoor/ indoor/ pole mounting of capacity 50 to 400 KVA by cleaning removing the old paint including scratching with wire brush etc. After disconnected HT/ LT side connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint done by spray machine of smoke grey colour to outer body of the transformer and writing of letter HT/ LT and SM/ MES Nos and making all HT/ LT electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling up silicagel in breather of different capacity of transformer complete all as specified.

Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve required di-electric strength of the oil up to 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dehydration machine and other required necessary equipment shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor on this effect.

Opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secoundary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/ rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Megger the defective winding portion/taking out ,cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate guage/winding wire/strip winding of existing, description for transformer of capacity 50 to 150 KVA/including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete all as specified and directed. The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid separately. 4. The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are inclusive in the coated rates.

Supply, fabrication and fixing in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out of any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and directed.

As per Srl item No 50 above but with GI earth lead wire of 4mm dia as earth conductor and protection pipe of 15 mm dia for earthing of poles and lightening arrester including connection with the equipment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of HT PCC/ steel tubular pole of any size and discription including coping, foundation etc and shifting to E/M yard or any other location complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 meter long) in true vertical position complete all as specified with and including the following:- (i) Excavation in post hole not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide & 2 Mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in hard / dense soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters. (ii) M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in base of pole of size 1200mm x 600mm x 200 mm all as specified and directed. (iii) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation 1200mm x 600mm x 1800 mm (sub base as mass concrete) for concrete encasing the pole up to GL all as specified and directed. (iv) M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block /Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450 mm x 450 mm square or as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as directed and as specified. (v) M&L for painting of pole externally with two coats of black bituminous paint up to planting depth. The remaining portion of exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide black and yellow bands (strips) 5 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block and writting pole number and feeder location by white synthetic enamel paint with proper letter size as directed.

M&L in repair of HT lightening arrester metal oxide type (gap less) for out door use complete with all fittings and fixing arrangements transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps,nuts, bolts ,washers and connecting to earth wire 4mm dia GI complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of HT steel tubular pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of HT two pole structure complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels, cross arms and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of HT four pole structure complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels, cross arms and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair existing servicing of Gang Operated Device including replacing the defective parts and applying mineral Jelly, oil, grease after proper removal of carbon deposits, refixing of Switch A/B Gang operated for triple pole mechanically operated mounted on isolator and steel frame with operating mechanisam works from Ground level, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate of new spare Parts is including in this job.

M&L for repair existing servicing of drop out fuse including replacing the defective parts and applying mineral Jelly, oil, grease after proper removal of carbon deposits, refixing the same after repair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate of new spare parts is including in quoted rate.

M&L for in replacement of existing worn out jumper structure with new aluminium jumper (any type of conductor) (not less than 2 mtr) with new aluminium clamp including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figuers and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting of floor/ wall/ road/ footpath for removal of HT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and complete overhauling of 33 KV VCB of existing make/ type/ mode/ capacity including diassembling of operating mechanism parts well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable spare parts reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board,main busbar,decarbonizing all joints busbar CTS, PTS, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and remote mode and calibration & checking of tripping system of 33 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting infented inservice by primary current injection method to ensure proper function of trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert from authorised agency of state electricity board including submission of calibration certificate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minor spare parts required to make VCB functional is to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and laying in replacement of HT high voltage insulation mat made of elastomeric polymers material having a high insulation registance thus imparting total saety to human being from any leakage current having high insulation registance of class A of size 2.5 mm thick and 1 m width suitale for 11 KV confirming to IS-15652 : 2006 including pasting of mat with SR-998 by adding thinner as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of cable route markers made of galvanised iron with embossing of HT Cable or LT Cable, supporting MS angle of 75 cm long, for HT/LT cable route marking duly embedded in and incl PCC (1:3:6) foundation up to 30 cm including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of 2/4 pole structure by disconnecting all incoming and out going over head line conductor jumper joint and UG cable end terminal joint from GOD etc and rewinding/renewal of all joint with fresh joint, inserting PVC coloured sleaves over conductor including treatment of GOD contacts and ACSR conductor with conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches up to 1.5 mtr distance on both sides of HT over head line and hanging over HT over head line including collection and depositing the retrieved timber at a place as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
