Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) including stone slabs and tiles of any description in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of existing brick/ block masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting/ Taking out the existing transformer of capacity upto 100 kVA with all electrical HT/LT connections, earthing of body & neutral and shifting of transformer to another location in INS Valsura and installing on existing 2/4 pole structure or platform with necessary fixing arrangement including connecting up electrically, earthings, etc, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) All T&P/Vehicle required for shifting, connection, loading, unloading, etc including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. (ii) If transformer or any connected equipment/part is lost or damaged while in the custody of the contractor, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Disconnecting/ Taking out the existing transformer of capacity more than 100 kVA but upto 500 kVA with all electrical HT/LT connections, earthing of body & neutral and shifting of transformer to another location in INS Valsura and installing on existing 2/4 pole structure or platform with necessary fixing arrangement including connecting up electrically, earthings, etc, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) All T&P/Vehicle required for shifting, connection, loading, unloading, etc including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. (ii) If transformer or any connected equipment/part is lost or damaged while in the custody of the contractor, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Notes :- (i) Necessary spare parts required replacement shall be replaced only after prior inspection & approval of Engineer-in-Charge and replacement shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding. (iii) All T&P & transportation shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Replacement of HT 11 KV bushing assembly with brass terminal, neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete with accessories for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA.

Replacement of LT bushing assembly with brass terminal, neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete with accessories for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA.

Replacement of HT brass metal bush rod 12mm dia with nuts and washers suitable for upto 500 KVA transformers complete.

Replacement of LT brass metal bush rod 20mm dia with nuts and washers suitable for upto 500 KVA transformers complete.

Replacement of Breather assembly complete including silica gel for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete.

Replacement of radiator for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete as per existing type & size.

Replacement of Oil glass for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete as per existing type & size.

Rewinding of coils all as per its original specifications by new copper conductor and with HT/ LT necessary insulation materials.

Rewinding of coils all as per its original specifications by new aluminium conductor and with HT/ LT necessary insulation materials.

Supply and filling new Transformer oil up to conservator level marking as per IS-335 having dielectric strength not less than 40 kV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Electrol, Power Oil, Indian Oil, Savita or equivalent as approved by GE.

Replacement of Silica Gel blue in crystal in existing transformer breathers for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA.

Replacement of HT 11 KV off-load Tap changing assembly complete for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of distribution transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA including cleaning and removing oil spots from the body and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) of approved tint with gun sprayer including marking of SM/MES No etc. on transformer with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filtration / dehydration of old/existing transformer oil including topping up of transformer oil as required in the transformers of different capacity, installed at various locations with suitable capacity of filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground / fixed on wall with suitable porcelain insulators including taking out existing GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground / fixed on wall with suitable porcelain insulators including taking out existing GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing damaged/broken PCC Pole and S&F new 5 metre height hot dip galvanized steel pole hexagonal/ octagonal cross sections grade S355JO of dimensions top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130 mm, sheet thickness 3 mm, base plate dimensions 200x200x12 mm, foundation bolt size 4 Nos x 16 mm dia, pitch circle dia 200 mm, bolt length 450 mm, projected bolt length 80 mm, anchor plate thickness 3 mm with inbuilt compartment for mounting switch box, earthing etc covered with hinged door confirming to IS:2629 / BS EN ISO 1461 alongwith connections with & including MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 V, 10 kA, 'C' Curve (1 No.) & Connector (RYB&N) - 63 A Cap (01 No.) complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Pole: Bajaj Cat No. BOP-5030 (BOPH-5030) or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Note: Earth work and PCC foundation shall be measured & paid for separately.

Taking down existing street light fitting of any description and S&F new 90 Watt LED street light fitting, High Efficiency, minimum IP 65 protection, CCT - 5700K, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.95, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, top opening with separate driver compartment and clear PMMA/ polycarbonate/ toughened glass heat resistant cover, fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed.

M&L in repair for street light bracket made from MS tubing in required size & shape at site, cut to length, bend to shape required and suitable for existing street light pole and fixing the bracket to pole with MS flat and nuts and bolts and finally painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of MS pipe shall be as directed. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of painting. Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying/fixing 40 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 3 core, 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated sheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable (ISI marked) 1100 Volts grade drawn through & including new 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (Heavy duty, ISI marked) from junction box to fitting complete all as directed.

Notes : (i) All T&P/Vehicle required for disconnecting the CTPT, taking down, shifting to Lab for calibration test, Lab testing charges, re-shifting from Lab to site, loading & unloading in vehicle, re-connecting, refixing, etc shall be the responsibility of contractor and quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be included the same. M&L for filling approved dry river sand for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable in trenches/ducts and punning to specified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

S&F in repairs 10mm thick chequered type insulating electrical rubber mat of size 4 x 8 ft (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality `A’, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for Navy Blue LED sign board of size 3ft x 2.5ft with white Alphabets/ Letters, out door type, totally enclosed with locking arrangement, 5mm thick acrylic sheet, iron frame angle of size 45x45x5mm with minimum 4ft height from ground level and 1ft in depth grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for sub-station/ plant with LED lights as directed (minimum 02 Nos of 10W LED light) and internal wiring complete with electrical connection from nearest street light pole/ panel including testing after completion with & including all standard accessories as per standard trade practice including two coats of synthetic enamel painting of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer after preparation of steel surfaces of MS frame work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Letters/matter/logo/sign etc for sign board shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge as per location of sign board.
