CA NO GE(N)AMB-40/2026-27 REPAIR TO JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY, ROOF, PLASTERING AND OTHER CONNECTED BLDG REPAIR WORK IN OTM-I AND II ACCN OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (NORTH) AMBALA CANTT

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine stone aggregate of size between 6 to 12 mm as per the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered /concrete surface of wall applying of two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surface on walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfacescomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceilling applying three coat white wash complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment from wall by scrappers or any other means and washing , rubbing down and stopping applying two coats of plastic emulsion on interior surface over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, of walls of any description using painting roller after preparation of brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.
