PROVIDING CHAIN LINK FENCING FOR COMPANY GROUND

Site clearing: Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, uprooting small trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Work includes the demolishing the existing damaged brick wall of approximate length of 10 meters & stacking the useful material at a lead of 50m inside our premises as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge. Work includes : Clearing and preparing the complete area for starting the work.

Excavation: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 M in width or 10 sqm on plan). Including dressing od sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 M, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in a lead of 50 M(all kinds of soil)

PCC: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering including all cost and labor charges etc. complete –all work. Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) up to plinth level

Backfilling: Filling with available earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Chain fencing: Providing fencing with chain link made of 3mm or above dia GI coated chain link, welded securely on steel framework with verticals of 50mm dia medium duty GI pipe filled with cement mortar 1:3 and top welded 3 mm thick steel disk, fixed at a spacing of 2m on the ground on a concrete pedestal of 0.3x0.3x0.6m. The frame work consist of 3 nos of vertical member (2 nos at the ends and one no at the center)& 3 nos of horizontal steel members (2 nos at the ends and one no at the center)of 25x25x2mm GI square hollow sections. Including all cost of materials, consumables, tools &tackles, fixing, painting with epoxy primer, two coats synthetic epoxy paint (ESSDE or equivalent make epoxy paint) and labor charges etc. complete.[Height of fencing is 1.80 M], Provide gates in the fencing as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge. GI coated Wire, dia 3mm or above Mesh size -2’’x2’’,Must have ISI mark Make: Apollo, JSW, TATA ,Jindal 50mm dia medium duty GI pipe B-Class Thickness - 3.65mm or above Make Apollo, JSW, TATA, Jindal 25x25x2mm GI square hollow sections Make of TATA / APOLLO / JINDAL.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete (M 20), all foundations and super structures in roof slabs, beams, floor slabs, wall, footings, column etc.including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work at footing below ground level and up to five mtr above ground level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). As per the drawings and specification

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete in all levels using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all labour charges, material cost, hire charge and all safety precaution etc. complete.

Gates: Providing gates with fencing with chain link made of 3 mm or above dia GI coated chain link, fixed securely on concrete columns. The gate frame work consist of peripheral members GI rectangular hollow section 50 x 25 x 1.4 mm and additional vertical & horizonal members of 25x25x1.4 mm GP square hollow sections at a maximum spacing of 0.50 mtr. Including all cost of materials, consumables, tools &tackles, fixing, painting with epoxy primer, two coats synthetic epoxy paint (ESSDE or equivalent make epoxy paint) and labor charges etc. complete.[Height of gates should be 1.8 M].
