Providing and laying mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement is to six sand : is to twelve graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering and removal of slush as required at site complete as per HPPWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges. The rate includes of malkana, royality, octroi, toll tax or all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size) mix designed, so as to give a compressive strength corresponding to RCC Grade M-20 (M-Twenty) including curing complete as per H.P.P.W.D. specification or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in independent, piers, columns and pillars upto all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetres) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any heights and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like, upto all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and laying Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires complete and other incidental due for its completion including carriage of mterials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) complete, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. (Mild steel) plain grills of required pattern in structural steel/ wooden frames of windows etcetera with M.S. flats, square or round bars, bolts and nuts or screws including welding with frames complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels angles, tee, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel trusses providing and fixing Kotar metal or equivalent prepainted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero milimeter) thick having 1060mm (one thousand sixty milimeter) cover width (overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six milimeter) 28mm (twenty eight milimeter) crest depth at 353 (three hundred fifty three) + (plus minus) 2mm (two milimeter) centre to centre crest distance there will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening having depth of 2.5mm (two point five milimeter), main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five milimeter) and at the lower 81mm (eighty one milimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint, fixing of sheet shall be with self drilling and self tapping screws of size 5.5mm (five point five milimeter) dia 75.5mm (seventy five point five milimeter) length with EPDM seal. Providing and fixing M.S. BP (Black plain) sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point sixty six milimetres to two milimetres) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. 15mm (Fifteen millimetres) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level, including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle in all girth and finished even and smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( Forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing Garsa stone 12mm (twelve milimetres) on R.C.C. surface side as on faces of Arch masonry walls etcetera 12mm (Twelve milimetres) thick cement plaster 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and joining with cement slurry including scaffolding etcetera complete, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.
