Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil / sandy loam, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 mt and lead upto 30 mt including filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space and sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 mt from the foundation trenches.

Providing & Laying local sand below in base C.C. including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Providing & Laying C.C. 1:4:8 with stone ballast 20 to 40 mm size and coarse sand for base and brick masonary wall foundation including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

First class brick work 1:6 CM with coarse sand including all lead, lift and cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Providing & Laying C.C. 1:2:4 with stone ballast 10 to 20 mm size and coarse sand for approach road including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Providing & Laying of Rubber moulded (Grey colour) interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm including 30mm thick local sand on bend, filling joints with local sand etc for proper completion of the work as per drawings & Technical specification clause 1504

Cutting, bending, Binding and placing in position of TOR steel / TMT Bar incluiding cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Laying C.C. 1:1.5:3 in slab / floor including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Dismentalling old plaster racking out joint including all lead, lift, T&P and it's proper disposal as per directed by site incharge.

12.5 mm thick Cement plaster 1:6 CM on brick wall including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Supplying & Laying 25 mm thick C.C. flooring in 1:2:4 laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including chiselling of old surface including all laed, lift T&P and cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Finishing walls with proper proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, durrocem, robiesem, guttucem, supercem qualityand of required shade on new wall surface(two coats) over one coat of white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.

Fabrication of Mild steel/ Iron work in gril, gates, railing, door, window frames including cutting, drilling, welding/ riveting hinges where necessary and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work with one coat of Red oxide primer. Providing squire rod 7.00 mm (0.38kg/RM) @ 50mm C/C

Fabrication of Mild steel/ Iron work in gate angle frame size ISA (65x65x6) and brasing ISA (45x45x6) with 14 guage Mild steel sheet including cutting, drilling, welding & riveting hinges where necessary and fixing in position including cost opf all materials, labour, T&P etc with one coat of Red oxidde primer. gate size (5.0mx1.80m)

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface (excluding cost of primer) superior quality such as luxol hi gloss apcolite, superiac, dulux including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Teak wood, Sal wood, Devdar woodframe and fixed including simple moulding straight work as in Chaukhats including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Supplying & Fixing of Flush door 35mm thick single including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Supplying & fixing mosquito proof jaali having 5 mesh each cm. made of 24 BWG wire heavy qualtiy including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Supplying & Fixing of glass panels including putty, nails of 4.80 to 5.70 mm thick approved quality glass including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc
