Installation, testing and commissioning of 63KVA, 11/0.433KV,3-Phase Distribution transformer with bimetallic terminal connectors( transformer to be supplied by the department ) ( Energy level-2 Aluminium)

Painting of ST Poles (9M) long with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint to give an even shade using anti corrosive paint of standard brand (Nerolac Asian) paints)

Cement bottoming of S.T poles(9m/8m) long in 1:2:4 mix 1/6th of the height of pole below the ground and 1ft above the ground cylnerical shape with circular radius 9” from the pole centre) using 40mm crushed stone aggregate mix. As per Drawing Pit =( 600x600x1600)& Tappered at the Top.

supply, Transportation ,laying, and stringing of overhead 0.03 ACSR conductor on cross arms through insulators including joints by PG Clamps where ever required complete in all respects as per REC standard.

Supply, transportation and fixing of MS Channel 75x40x40x6mm V-cross arms, top brackets(F) including clamps as per REC Standard including all G.I items with out nuts and bolts.

Earthing of HT Poles Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip including Brick work & RCC lid for watering.

Supply and installation of 11KV pin insulators(polymer)5KN with GI pins as per ISI specification as per REC standard.

Supply, transportation and fixing of MS channel/angle/flat of sizes including clamps for sub station (GI channel iron cross arms 75x40x40x6mm 9' long as per REC specification and standard

Supply, transportation and fixing of MS Angle iron xmer belt 40x40x6mm 10ft long dully fabricated and Al. paint including all necessary nuts ,bolts and Clamps washers as per REC standard for transformer belt.

Supply ,fixing of Gapless surge arrestor 11KV lighting Arrestor (stn Type)as per REC standard having rated voltage 9KV Rms, with discharge current of 10K-amps

Supply and fixing of 11KV G.O Switch,3 фwith six contacts/ 3 pole ,400Amp with G.I operating rod(20' long)

Supply and fixing of 11KV3-phase, 400 Amp D.O fuse set (post insulator Type) as per REC standard

Supply and fixing of LT fuse set with connectors and cabling circuts ,LT insulators mounted on angle iron (45x45x4mm) frame as per REC standard.

Providing ,installation,Testing and commissioning earthing Sub Stn -Ecavation of earthing pit of dia 650mm & depth 3000mm, installation of earthing pipe of 40mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thichness & length 2.5 mtr long as per IS 1239 GI strip for netural earthing of size 75 mmx 10mm & 50 mmx6mm for connection of transformer body ,GO set & lighting arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts , refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slabs cover.

Earthing of LT poles (Spiral ) complete with charcoal salt etc as per REC drawings

Supply and laying of Guy Wire G.I wire 7 SWG

Supply and fxing of LT shakle insulators 16KN with GI U-clamps ,nuts and bolts complete as per REC standard.

LT Structure including 02 NO's of collers with nuts and bolts complete job.
