Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (Light/ fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc, stacking at site for reuse or removing materials to store for keeping in for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces / walls/ floors etc,.

Taking down carefully Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan by disconnecting electrical connections, unsecrewing from position, stacking carfully at site for reuse of serviceable fans or dismantling blades and removing fan and blade to E/M Store yard all as directed and specified.

Taking down carefully light fitting any type by disconnecting all electrical connections and stacking at site for re-use of serviceable light or shifting to store for taking credit including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specifications all as specified and directed. Note : Light fittings those are taken down along with point wiring and measued under item No.01 above shall not be measured and paid under this item.

Taking down carefully Enegry meters by disconnecting electrical connections, stacking carfully at site for reuse of serviceable meters or removing meters to E/M Store yard all as directed and specified.

M&L for channel or grooves cutting upto a depth of 2.5 cm and width not exc 15cm into brick/concrete/stone masonary walls, with or without re-inforcement and trimming surface as required, including concealing PVC conduit 20/25mm dia with required accessories (like junction boxes/bends etc) and plastering in 1:4 CM, applying two coats of approved quality white putty for making good with smooth finish to match with the existing specification of wall surface all specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note : Rate of PVC Conduit included in relavant point wiring and shall not be paid separately.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm, multi-stranded copper conductor, single core(FRLSH), PVC insulated and unsheathed cable for phase and neutral, including 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green color) connected to common earth dolly, drawn in surface/concealed conduit Heavy duty (HMS Grade), GI terminal boxes not less than 1.0mm thick fixed flush to wall surface, covered with & including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or including modular plates of required size for mounting switch and sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed for following : - Note : Quoted rates deems to be included cost of modular plate or hylem board for mounting switches, sockets & regulators as required at site. Cutting into chases required for concealing heavy duty (HMS Grade) PVC conduits and making good to damaged surface shall be measured and paid separately under relavant item.

One 3 pin 5 Amp switch & socket outlet on same board with other switches.

All same as per item ser No 6.0 here-in-above but wiring using 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor(FRLSH), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, including 2.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green color) connected to common earth dolly for 6 pin, 15/16 Amps socket outlet on independant board.

All same as per item ser No 3 here-in-above but wiring using 4.0 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor(FRLSH),, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, including 4.0 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green color) connected to common earth dolly for two pin earth metal clad plug & socket point for AC/Geysers.

S&F Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, copper wounded, heavy duty, four blade, metal body, ISI marked, air delivery shall not be less than 230 CFM, mounted in suitable opening arrangement with louvers shutters, suitable for operation on 240 volt, single phase, 50 cycle per second, AC supply and connecting up using flexible cord wire 3 core using PVC flexible conduit from ceiling rose or connector to fan to cover PVC cable including marking of MES number and fixed in position as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and as cat Part No TURBO HDEF of Make USHA or equivalent in approved makes.

Fixing only Electric energy kWH meter Single phase/three phase 10 to 60 Amps, including making connection of incomming and outgoing wiring circuits using single core PVC insulated copper multistranded cable of size 6.0 sqmm and necessary lugs, including submission of kWH reading details of old unserviceable taken down meter and new installed meter to AGE E/M all as specifed and directed. Note : Serviceable meters taken down agaist item No 20 shall be re-used after necessary cleaning and servicing at AGE E/M store yard.

M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS, single core FRLSH PVC insulated flexible multistranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade drawn through & including PVC grey conduit heavy duty with necessary accessories (like bend, juction boxes etc) including taking down old unsv submain wiring complete all as specified for Two runs of 4.0 Sq.mm main cable alongwith one run of single core 4.0 Sq.mm for continuous earth wire in green color.

Supply and replace sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top, and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB upto 20 Amps, 240 Volt capacity fixed flush to wall surface including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specification and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure distribution board TPN, 415 volts, 4 way Horizontal/vertical type as per site requirement, double door type, 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCBs, blank plates and including provision for fixing TPN MCB as incommer, DB fixed flush or in wall surface including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specification complete including taking out old all as specified all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCB TPN/FP, 63 Amps 415 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete including connection & testing all as specified.

Supply and replace sheet metal enclosure distribution board for 240 volts, 8 way horizontal type, double door, single pole and neutral with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCB and fixed flush in wall surface, and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.

M&L for MCB SPN/DP 40 to 63 Amps 240 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete including connection & testing all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole 6-32 Amps, 240 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete including connection & testing all as specified.

Material and labuor for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level and filled with 15cm thick alternate layers of charcoal and salt, connected & including GI wire earth lead 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 15mm dia GI Pipe (light grade). Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers of charcoal or coke and common salt in 15cm thick in layers & 15cm of widht all aurround of earth plate including 20mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, necessary earth work in any type of soil, Pre-cast RCC cover duly re inforced with 8mm dia TMT Bar @150 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab, Earth Pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.
