M & L filling of cracks by grouting apoxy as detailed and specified under:- (a) Removal the plaster if any (100mm to 150mm wide along the crack) incase of non-exposed RCC work and Make 'V' grove along the crack. (b) Drill hole of suitable diameter and 35mm to 50mm (or more if required) deep @ 300mm to 500mm c/c along the crack. (c) Clean the grove and hole with wire brushes and air blower and surface shall be free from dust, oil and grease etc. (d) Seal the crack with epoxy putty and fix the 10mm dia internal) PVC ports injection with epoxy putty. (e) Inject Moisture insensitive low viscous epoxy resin (Conbextra EP 10 M)of FOSROC/ Pidilite with the pressure pumps through the injecting port on lower level of the cracks. Injecting shall be continued till the injecting material starts flowing from another port on higher level and the process shall be repeated on next port till injecting is done in all ports along the cracks. (f) After setting of epoxy grout cut the injectinion port at least 2 mm below the surface, cleaning etc. complete. The quantity of the Epoxy Resin actually consumed at site shall be accounted for the payment.

M & L and applying two or more coats of 2 component zinc based epoxy rust preventer (Nitozinc Primer-M) of FOSROC/Pidilite on corroded reinforcement with the help of wire brush and treating it with rust remover (reebaklens RR) including throughly cleaning, eashing, air blowing, brushing etc. complete incl scaffolding as required. Note : (Quintity of Zinc based epoxy rust preventor only shall be taken into account for payment purpose on the basic of actual consumptionand quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.)

M & L for and applying bonding coat of modified styrene butadene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45 or approved equiv.) in proporation 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) of FOSROC/Pidilite : 1(water) : 3 (OP Cement) by volume with the brushes etc. to bind New CM plaster / Polymer Modified plaster / Concrete / Screed Concrete with old surface including removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete / plaster, surface preparation etc as required complete . Note : Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of proper scaffolding/saftey measures and fools etc. Dept shall not compromise any deviation on this safety measures

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, out to length , bent to shape required , including crancking , bending , spirally for hooping for colums hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

S& F mild steel welded fabric of weight exe 3.0 Kg but n.exc. 4 Kg/ Sqm, cut to lenght , bent to shape mild steel wire annealead not less than 0.90 mm dia fixed to steel members with spikes.

M&L for pressure shortcreting 30 mm thick in cement concrete 1:1:2(nomonal mix) including necessary scaffolding to all affected area of RCC structure up to 24m height complete incl scaffolding alongwith necessary saftey equipment as required for execution of the work as required all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm plaster with Polymer Modified Mortor fortified with SBR ( Nitobond SBR 45 ) of FOSROC /Pidilite in proporation 1 (Cement) : 3 (Sand) by weight 5 litres Nito Bond SBR 45 to be added to 50 Kg Cement with 11 to 15 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface complete incl scaffolding as required. Note: (i)Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of proper scaffolding/saftey measures and tools etc. Dept shall not compromise any deviation on this safety measures (ii) No work shall be progressed without proper safety measures and proper Insurance shall be produced to the dept before commencing the work.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L in repair for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over New surfaces.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade/cainuflage (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over olds urfaces.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide..

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) all as specified.

M & L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using ( 40mm graded aggregate ) as in flooring surface to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Forming dummy joints 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A'

M&l for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread & leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface

Note (i) Subject work shall be executed at a height of 22 m and quoted shall bedeemed to be inclusive of necessary/proper scaffolding without compromissing any safety measures. (ii) All the safety equipment required for the labourers shall be shown to the Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of the work without fail. (iii) Subject work is being executed at height of 22 m, necessary insurance to the labourers shall be taken and produce to the dept before commencement of work.(iv) Subject work shall be executed only through authrised apllicators. Necessary approval from the dept shall be optained before commencing the work.
