EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M & L for cutting of CI/DI water mains raising pipe line upto 150 mm in exisiting position for branch connection including M & L for insertion of DI Tee of size 150mm x 150 mm x 100 mm, lead joints,collars,rubber coupling,nuts,bolts of size suitable including accessories complete all as specified.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning monoblock pump set with all fixing arrangement with foundation of capacity 2 HP (1.5 KW), three phase AC power supply 300-440V, 50 Hz, discharge cap 4.5 LPS at 16 Mtr head, with foundation bolt fixing on RCC under ground sump complete al as directed. EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integral driver LED street light with a nominal system lumen output of 7200 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 90 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours before reaching at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT > 5000K) and a CRI >70. NOTES : (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC M25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 M GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth lead wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Supply, installation, testing of MCB districbution board powder coated CRCA sheet constructed as per IS-86223, degree of protection IP-43-IK-09with metal door, recess mounted having insulated 100 Amps tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, DIN bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates inunused spaces as required SPN240 Volts 2 way complete.

OPERATION OF CENTRAL AC PLANT

Provision of services for operation of HVAC plants installed at Auditorium including including all equipments such as chillers, condensors, all type of pumps and motors, panels, cooling towers, AHU, insulating ducts, fans and all types of valves etc. in for 08 hours on each day, including sundays/holidays, for one year from the certified date of completion of work under the Ph-I by deploying one number technically qualified technical tradesman as approved, specified and directed by the GE. Note: - The working hours and time table for the duration of shift required shall be as decided by the GE fortnight basis in advance as per operational requirement. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained incase of increase/decrese in shifts on any day.

Notes for operation of AC Plants: -(a) the contractor shall employ one operator per shift. (b) The operator shall be qualififed and experienced in field with experience not less than two years. (c) Cost of periodical maintanance of various equip,ments/parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted. (d) Desired temperature should be maintained strictly. (e) The contracor shall follow the operation and maintanance of manual of the plant. (f) Periodical cleaning and maint including removal of algae from the cooling tower. (g) To clean the area in presentable manner in and around the plant room. (h) To maintain the log sheet as per format provided by the Engineer-in-charge. (j) The shift hours chart for every month shall be as decided by the GE. However contractor is bound to provide the operator as when called for as per ground requirment at short notice by the GE. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. (k) Penal recovery: -In case if operator is found absent or missing from duty the alternate arrangement shall be made by the GE with intimation to the contractor. Under such circumstances the recovery at double the quoted rate shall be recovered from the contractor's payments.

ARBORICULTURE: - Supply and planting of below mentioned trees in 0.25- 0.3M poly bags with height 1.5 M to 1.8 Mtr incl digging holes 1.2M dia x 1.2 Mtr deep in ordinary soil and reffiling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sluldge in the ratio 2;1 (02 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction of 20% with 1 parts of stacked volume of sludge of manure after reduction by 80% flooding with water and removed of surplus soil and rate inclu maintaining the plants for 2 years :-

NOTE for Sl Item No 152 .01 TO 152.30:- (i) Height of plant shall be measured from top of follage ( not from the isolated branch/leaf,main stem) to 150mm from top of root. (ii) Water will not be supplied by MES. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for watering to plants. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to include watering, maintenance of plants till two years after certified date of completion of work. (iv). During two years after completion if any plant is found dead, or not of satisfactory growth, plants of approved size and shape shall be provided without any extra cost to the state. (v). Supply and application of manure, sweet earth and pesticides, fertilizers, etc up to two years after completion of Ph-I are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (vi) The plants shall be brought at site Six months before the date of completion of the work or as directed by GE.
