Note : The manufacturing test certificate (MTC) is to be provided and authentication certificate/Logo/hologram/barcode of the make/manufacturer must be there on the product.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/cupboard & other Chowkhat of size 50 x 47 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) all as specified and as directed. Note: For WPC solid door/cupboard frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M & L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board shutter (Flush type) of 24 mm thick made from co-extruded 3 layer regid PVC foam sheet (single extruded) with density not less than 600kg/cbm outer layer (.8-1mm) thick should be of rigid PVC with density of not less than 1400kg/cbm manufactured byan ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification:- (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as per remanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs. (iv) applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. (v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation. (Make of PU primer - Dek guard EP -302 of M/S Fosroc or techno commercially equivalent approved brand. Make of PU paint - Dek guard PU or techno commercially equivalent approved brand. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drain out accumulated water.(vii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tightness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M7.5 stone aggregate

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/hard standing including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing the concrete in alternate bays n exc 3 mtr long with 12 mm wide and 50 mm deep joint between the bays which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 and 1:2 mix by volume of plinth protection.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying roof treatment, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, padding on roof (where ever required for maintaining slope etc) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane based water proofing liquid membrane of approved make to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/company.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten/ conduit/ gutties/ wooden boards/ switches/ sockets/ regulators/ light fittings etc and separating the serviceable items like fan regulators and light fittings for re-use under respective items and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing old/unserviceable sub main wiring of any size/description as existing at the sit including making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
